    Advice: Chapman doubled in his first at-bat before then getting caught trying to steal second. He then drove home Heliot Ramos with an infield single in the following frame before eventually going on to reach a total of four times in the contest. It marked Chapman's fourth three-hit performance this season and his first since May 18 against the Rockies.     Advice: After missing out on four straight starts due to hamstring tendinitis, Candelario will draw back into the lineup in a non-defensive role as he makes his fifth start of the season at DH. With Noelvi Marte recently completing his 80-game suspension and likely to see the bulk of the starts at third base moving forward, Candelario could end up picking up most of his playing time at either DH or first base, which should aid his recovery from the hamstring issue. Pasquantino has gone yard in back-to-back games and has a six-game RBI streak going, batting .348 (8-for-23) over that stretch with a double, three homers and eight RBI.     The Diamondbacks will assess Sunday whether Thomas (hamstring) is ready to be activated from the 10-day injured list, MLB.com reports.

The outfielder has a combined 32 plate appearances while on his rehab assignment and is hitting .310/.344/.483 between stops with Reno and the rookie-level Arizona Complex League. Hill has hit safely in each of his three games since he was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock, though he's also struck out four times over 10 plate appearances in that span. He's hitting .263 (5-for-19) with two stolen bases in the majors this year, and he's likely to function as a fourth outfielder as long as he's up with the Rangers.     Advice: Lowe has four multi-hit efforts over his last nine games, a span that also includes two of his four homers this year. The first baseman has never displayed elite power, but his .369 slugging percentage for the season is low even by his standard.     Nathaniel Lowe went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer in a loss Saturday to the Orioles.

    Advice: Lowe also doubled. The homer was a two-run shot that got the Rangers back in the game to make it a 5-4 score in the sixth. The 28-year-old has not shown a ton of power thus far in 2024, as his .262 average and .348 on-base percentage have been dragged down by just four roundtrippers and a .369 slugging mark over 214 at-bats.     Alex Bregman went 1-for-5 with two RBI against the Mets on Saturday.

    Advice: India hit an RBI double and scored in the second inning and then added another RBI double in the seventh. The second baseman is on fire, hitting safely in 11 consecutive games and registering multiple hits in eight straight. He has increased his average to .279 with five home runs, 34 RBI, 38 runs scored and eight steals over 311 plate appearances this season.
