• Heliot Ramos stays hot with 10th homer in loss
Heliot Ramos blasted a three-run homer on Thursday in the Giants’ loss to the Cardinals at Rickwood Field in Birmingham, Alabama.

Advice: Ramos put San Francisco on the board with a no-doubter to right field in the third inning off Cardinals starter Andre Pallante for his 10th round-tripper of the season. The 24-year-old post-hype prospect has put together a pretty remarkable breakout campaign so far, batting .307 (46-for-150) with 10 homers, 35 RBI and one steal through 39 games. He’s homered eight times in 18 games since June 1. Unreal. Rotoworld Today, 8:05 pm

  • Swipes eighth bag
Varsho went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Getting the start in center field and hitting cleanup, Varsho pilfered his third bag in the last 10 games and his eighth of the season in nine attempts. The 27-year-old sports a lopsided .216/.296/.446 slash line on the season with 11 homers, 35 RBI and 40 runs in 69 contests, but his .742 OPS still provides a significant improvement on the Blue Jays' other option in center field, Kevin Kiermaier (.545 OPS). O'Neill went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and an additional run during Tuesday's 4-3 win over Toronto.

O'Neill has generated multiple hits in four of his last five games, going 8-for-23 (.348) with four home runs, seven runs scored and seven RBI during that stretch. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:07 am

Bleday went 3-for-4 with three doubles, two RBI and one run scored in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

Advice: Bleday is on a tear, going 14-for-27 (.519) with five extra-base hits over his last seven games. The outfielder's surge has him up to a .261/.342/.478 slash line on the year. He's added 10 home runs, 27 RBI, 32 runs scored, 22 doubles and three triples over 75 contests, but he's yet to steal a base. Bleday has matched or exceeded nearly all of his counting stats from 82 games last year as he continues to enjoy a breakout campaign. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:03 pm

  • JJ Bleday doubles three times in Oakland’s win
JJ Bleday doubled three times and drove in two runs Tuesday in leading the A’s to a 7-5 win over the Royals.

Advice: All three doubles were on long flyballs that left his bat between 102 and 103 mph and traveled from 349 to 373 feet. Bleday is now tied for third in the majors with 22 doubles. Some of his other stats are a perfect match for his 2023 totals; he currently has 10 homers and 27 RBI in 302 plate appearances after finishing with 10 homers and 27 RBI in 303 plate appearances last year. However, since he’s picked it up when it comes to singles and doubles, he’s currently sporting an .820 OPS that’s far better than last year’s. .665 mark. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:56 pm

  • O’Neill blasts two home runs against Jays Monday
Tyler O’Neill went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs against the Blue Jays on Monday.

Advice: O’Neill’s two home runs give him 14 on the season. He took Toronto starter Yusei Kikuchi deep in the first inning and again in the third inning. O’Neill was the designated hitter on Monday, but seems to be over his knee discomfort. He’s hitting .258 with an .888 OPS and 25 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Monday, 7:13 pm
