    • Picks up second win
Megill (2-3) pitched five innings to get the win Sunday vs the Padres. He gave up two runs on five hits, while walking two and striking out five.

Advice: Megill worked around jams in the first and fifth innings to pick up his second win in his last three starts. The 28-year-old righty has struggled getting deep into games, as he's only pitched more than five innings in one of his six starts this season. Despite this, he's been a steadying presence in the Mets rotation with a 3.52 ERA and 1.30 WHIP that he'll carry into his next outing. Rotowire.com 21 minutes ago

    • Tylor Megill solid over five innings in win
Tylor Megill allowed two earned runs across five innings on Sunday against the Padres. He struck out five and walked two en route to his second victory.

Advice: Megill’s growth over the past few weeks has been nice to watch. Still fastball dominant, Megill has done a great job developing a bevy of passable secondary pitches to supplement his strong heater. He generated at least one whiff on six different pitches Sunday - five of which had exactly one whiff - while mostly staying out of trouble. Efficiency still eludes Megill, but he’s turned himself into a solid starter. Rotoworld 25 minutes ago

    • Ober allows one run in win over Athletics Sunday
Bailey Ober allowed one run in 6 1/3 innings and got the win in the Twins’ 6-2 victory over the Athletics on Sunday.

Advice: Ober gave up six hits, walked two and struck out eight. The win was his sixth of the year. The lone run off of Ober came on a Daz Cameron home run in the seventh inning. Home runs have been a problem for him this season. Ober has allowed 1.48 HR/9, which has been a contributing factor as to why his ERA is 4.81 despite a 4.04 xFIP. The 28-year-old right-hander is set to face the Athletics on the road next week.

    • Shelved with ankle sprain
The Giants placed Harrison on the 15-day injured list Sunday with a right ankle sprain.

Advice: Harrison had been scheduled to start Sunday's game against the Angels, but his ankle injury will prompt the Giants to go with an impromptu bullpen day for the series finale, with left-hander Erik Miller serving as the team's opening pitcher. The severity of Harrison's ankle sprain isn't clear, but he'll be eligible to return from the IL as soon as June 28. After getting off to a rough start to the season through his first five outings, Harrison had rebounded with a 2-2 record, 3.40 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 44:17 K:BB in 50.1 innings across his subsequent nine starts. • Giants place Kyle Harrison on IL with ankle sprain
Giants placed LHP Kyle Harrison on the 15-day injured list with a right ankle sprain.

Advice: Harrison was set to start Sunday against the Angels, but the sprained ankle will cause him to miss that start and likely a couple more turns through the rotation. Erik Miller is going to start in place of Harrison on Sunday, and Spencer Bivens had his contract selected from Sacramento to replace the southpaw on the active roster. Rotoworld Today, 9:43 am
    • Struggles with long ball
Pepiot (4-4) allowed five runs on six hits and three walks while striking out four batters over 4.2 innings in a loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

Advice: Pepiot looked to be on his game with four scoreless innings to begin his outing, but things fell apart for him in the fifth. In that frame, the right-hander gave up three home runs -- all with two out -- to account for five Atlanta runs. It marked the first time this season Pepiot has given up three home homers in a game, and the long balls prevented him from finishing five frames for the third time this season. The five runs Pepiot allowed Saturday were the most he's given up in an outing since his season debut against Texas on April 1. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:30 pm
    • Earns sixth win
Kirby (6-5) allowed an unearned run on three hits and two walks while striking out six over six innings to earn the win Saturday over the Rangers.

Advice: This was Kirby's first time issuing multiple walks since his season debut, as he continues to have some of the best control in the majors. The right-hander has allowed two or fewer runs in each of his last four starts after a pair of five-run outings in mid-May. He's now at a 3.54 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 84:9 K:BB over 86.1 innings through 15 starts this year. Kirby is projected to make his next start at Miami in a highly favorable matchup. • Falls to Brewers on Saturday
Abbott (5-6) took the loss against Milwaukee on Saturday, allowing three runs on four hits and three walks while striking out three batters over five innings.

Advice: Abbott navigated around a stream of baserunners to keep the Brewers off the scoreboard for four frames, but he put himself in quick danger by walking the first two batters in the fifth. That came back to hurt him in a big way when Joey Ortiz hit a changeup for a three-run homer, accounting for all the runs Abbott surrendered in the outing. It was the southpaw's second straight start of five frames after he went at least six innings in four consecutive outings between May 15 and June 3. Abbott has fared reasonably well this season with a 3.42 ERA and 1.20 WHIP, though his 60:25 K:B over 79 frames doesn't help his fantasy stock. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:41 pm
    • Andrew Abbott takes loss against Brewers
Andrew Abbott allowed three runs on four hits in five innings in a loss to the Brewers on Saturday.

Advice: It wasn’t a poor performance for the left-hander, who walked three and struck out three on the day. As is typical, Abbott didn’t get many whiffs, with just six whiffs on 43 swings for a 14 percent whiff rate and 22 percent CSW. However, he also didn’t allow much hard contact with just an 82.3 mph average exit velocity allowed. He’ll take a 3.42 ERA into a game against the Red Sox next week, and his lack of strikeouts always makes him a bit risky for fantasy. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:25 pm
