    • Finally ends homer drought
Tellez went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Twins.

Advice: The 29-year-old slugger took Simeon Woods Richardson deep in the seventh inning to produce the game's first run, then was at the heart of a three-run rally in the eighth. Tellez hadn't homered since March 31, and Saturday's blast snapped a 48-game power drought in which he slashed just .197/.262/.235 with five doubles. He is showing signs of life at the plate, however, batting .391 (9-for-23) over his last seven games with seven of his 15 RBI on the season. Rotowire.com Today, 5:33 pm

    • Stuck with tough loss Saturday
Woods Richardson (2-1) took the loss Saturday as the Twins were downed 4-0 by the Pirates, allowing one run on six hits over 6.1 innings. He struck out six.

Advice: The right-hander put together one of his best performances of the season, blanking the Bucs until serving up a solo shot to Rowdy Tellez in the seventh inning, but Woods Richardson got no run support at all. He recorded 17 swinging strikes among 97 pitches en route to his third quality starts among 10 trips to the mound in the majors this season. Woods Richardson will take a 2.84 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 42:11 K:BB through 50.2 innings into his next outing, which lines up to come at home next week against the A's. Rotowire.com Today, 5:27 pm
    • DeJong blasts 11th home run in win Saturday
Pau DeJong went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against the Red Sox on Saturday.

Advice: DeJong’s home run was his 11th of the year. He hit a solo home run off Chase Anderson in the seventh inning. DeJong has turned back the clock this season as he’s on pace to threaten his career-high of 30 home runs that came in 2019. His 110 wRC+ is his best since his debut season in 2017. DeJong’s power resurgence gives him solid value in deeper formats. Rotoworld Today, 5:20 pm

    • Sheets has three hits, grand slam Saturday
Gavin Sheets went 3-for-4 with a grand slam against the Red Sox on Saturday.

Advice: Sheets’ home run was his seventh of the year and the grand slam has him up to 27 RBI. It’s his second consecutive game with a home run and third of the month of June already. Sheets is hitting .246 with a .788 OPS on the season. Rotoworld Today, 5:15 pm

    • Throws without issues Friday
Castro (shoulder) threw on flat ground Friday and said he felt good, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.

Advice: Castro was shut down from his throwing program May 19 after feeling discomfort at the top of his shoulder, but he's resumed his throwing program. Prior to the setback, Castro had stretched out to 120 feet. The Diamondbacks will likely play it safe with Castro moving forward. Rotowire.com Today, 5:14 pm
    • Running bases
Thomas (hamstring) ran the bases with cleats Saturday, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.

Advice: Thomas endured a setback during the recovery from a left hamstring strain in late May, and after being shut down from running, he resumed running the bases Saturday. He's expected to begin a rehab assignment next week, but manager Torey Lovullo said Wednesday that Thomas won't need many games before being activated considering how many at-bats he's taken while on the injured list. • Nastrini allows one run in no-decision Saturday
Nick Nastrini allowed one run in 4 1/3 innings and got a no-decision in the White Sox’ 6-1 victory over the Red Sox on Saturday.

Advice: Nastrini gave up two hits, walked five and struck out five. He didn’t qualify for the win because he didn’t complete the requisite five innings. Nastrini has completed five innings in only two of his six starts and is yet to win a game this year. He has an 8.39 ERA and remains off the fantasy radar. The 24-year-old right-hander is set to face the Mariners on the road next week.

    • Exits start with injury
Perales was removed from Saturday's start at Double-A Portland with an injury to his throwing arm, Geoff Pontes of Baseball America reports.

Advice: Perales stepped off the mound after throwing a pitch and was hanging his throwing arm. He was visited by a trainer for a brief moment before exiting to the dugout. Saturday's outing was just Perales' second at Double-A and he tossed five scoreless innings with seven punchouts in his Portland debut. An update on his status should come later this week. • Akil Baddoo dealing with soreness in knee
Akil Baddoo reported feeling soreness in his knee following a collision with Colt Keith during Saturday’s loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Keith seemed to take the brunt of the collision in shallow right field — and was removed from the game — but it sounds like Baddoo got a bit banged up as well. He should be considered day-to-day. Rotoworld Today, 5:00 pm
