    • Akil Baddoo dealing with soreness in knee
Akil Baddoo reported feeling soreness in his knee following a collision with Colt Keith during Saturday’s loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Keith seemed to take the brunt of the collision in shallow right field — and was removed from the game — but it sounds like Baddoo got a bit banged up as well. He should be considered day-to-day. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Homers, scores twice
Frazier went 2-for-2 with a home run, a double and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Mariners.

Advice: The utility player got extra-base hits in both of his at-bats Saturday, homering in the second and then hitting a leadoff double in the fifth. He was later pulled for pinch hitter Hunter Renfroe in the sixth after the Mariners brought in lefty Kirby Snead. It was Frazier's first multi-hit effort since May 25 and just his second homer of the year. He's been stuck in a part-time role for the most part this season and his line of .227/.322/.320 leaves room for improvement. Rotowire.com 50 minutes ago

    • Kevin Kiermaier blasts solo homer vs. A’s
Kevin Kiermaier went 1-for-5 with a solo homer against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Kiermaier’s only hit of the day left the yard as he took Luis Medina deep for a solo homer to lead off the fifth inning. It was just the second home run of the season for the 34-year-old outfielder. He’s slashing .207/.256/.328 with the two homers, 13 runs scored, nine RBI, and four steals across 128 plate appearances. • Eddie Rosario drives in three run in win
Eddie Rosario went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI against the Braves on Saturday.

Advice: Rosario put the Nationals on the board in the first inning with a two-run double off Charlie Morton. He drove in a third run in the fifth with a base hit. The 32-year-old outfielder is slashing .188/.245/.365 with seven home runs, 23 RBI, and eight steals across 185 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 3:43 pm

    • Adam Frazier doubles and homers in win
Adam Frazier doubled and homered while helping the Royals to an 8-4 win over the Mariners on Saturday.

Advice: Frazier hit just his second homer of the year when he took Luis Castillo deep in the second inning. His double also came off Castillo and he came around to score on an RBI single off the bat of Nick Loftin. A nice day for Frazier, but there haven’t been many of them as seen in a slash of .227/.322/.320. Rotoworld Today, 3:34 pm

    • Kyle Stowers leaves game with right wrist injury
Kyle Stowers was removed from Saturday’s tilt against the Rays due to discomfort in his right wrist.

Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder had been replaced by Colton Cowser in left field to begin the sixth inning on Saturday, and now we know why. The severity of the injury is not yet clear though, so it’s difficult to speculate how much time — if any — he may stand to miss. Expect the Orioles to update his status after the game. • Removed from game
Stowers was removed from Saturday's game against the Rays with right wrist discomfort, Andy Kostka of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Advice: Stowers was taken out of the contest in the sixth inning with soreness in his right wrist.. Colton Cowser will take Stowers' place in left field. Per Jake Rill of MLB.com, Stowers' injury stems from a dive he made during the series against the Blue Jays earlier this week and is considered minor. Rotowire.com Today, 2:56 pm

    • Astros recall Joey Loperfido from Triple-A
Astros recalled 1B/OF Joey Loperfido from Triple-A Sugar Land.

Advice: The 25-year-old slugger hit .333/.381/.436 with a homer, five RBI and a stolen base over 43 plate appearances in his first stint with the Astros. With Kyle Tucker on the injured list, hopefully the Astros will actually utilize Loperfido in the outfield this time around. Rotoworld Today, 2:56 pm

    • Not starting versus LHP
Heyward isn't in the Dodgers' lineup for Saturday's game against the Yankees.

Advice: Heyward went 0-for-5 during Friday's series opener and will now sit down against the lefty-throwing Nestor Cortes. Chris Taylor, Andy Pages and Teoscar Hernandez will start across the Dodgers' outfield while Heyward rests. Rotowire.com Today, 2:54 pm
