    • Out of Sunday's lineup
Martinez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.

Advice: Manager Carlos Mendoza will continue the trend of sitting Martinez for the series finale, which is now the case for the third straight series since the veteran slugger made his season debut April 26. DJ Stewart will bat fifth as the designated hitter Sunday. Rotowire.com Today, 8:13 am
    • J.D. Martinez gets Sunday off against Rays
J.D. Martinez is not in the lineup for Sunday’s tilt with the Rays.

Advice: Martinez went 1-for-8 over the first two games of the series and is hitting .267 with a .624 OPS thus far in his limited action. He’ll get a day off with DJ Stewart hitting fifth as the designated hitter for the Mets on Sunday. Rotoworld Today, 7:55 am
    • Another multi-hit effort
Acuna went 3-for-4 with a double, a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 11-2 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Acuna led off the fourth inning with a single and swiped his 14th bag of the season before coming around to score Atlanta's first run on a single from Austin Riley. The star outfielder would collect two more hits on the night, though his effort fell short as the Dodgers ran away with the win. Acuna has now tallied multiple hits in three straight games to open the month, though he's still sitting on just two home runs for the season. He's also scored at least one run in five of his last six games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:05 am
    • Crushed by Rangers
Wacha (1-4) took the loss against Texas on Saturday, allowing seven runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out three batters over 3.2 innings.

Advice: Wacha exited with two outs in the fourth inning after giving up singles to four of the final five batters he faced. The seven runs were a season high for the right-hander, while his three punchouts tied a season low. Wacha was doing fine with a 3.81 ERA through his first five starts this season, but that number has since ballooned to 5.50 as a result of the veteran hurler giving up 11 earned runs over 9.1 innings across his past two appearances. • Ronald Acuña Jr. stays hot in loss to Dodgers
Ronald Acuña Jr. went 3-for-4 with a run scored on Saturday in the Braves’ loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: There weren’t a ton of positive takeaways for Atlanta in this one, but Acuña continues to perform well with a pair of multi-hit performances in the series. The 26-year-old fantasy superstar is starting to pick things up at the dish after a frosty start to the year. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:57 pm
    • Michael Wacha lit up for seven runs in loss
Michael Wacha was torched for a season-high seven runs over 3 2/3 innings on Saturday in a loss to the Rangers.

Advice: Wacha was lit up for nine hits in this one, which makes it even more remarkable that none of them wound up leaving the yard. The 32-year-old righty struck out three and only issued one walk. He’ll aim for better results his next time out on Thursday against the Angels in Los Angeles. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:48 pm
    • Adley Rutschman posts three hits, homers in win
Adley Rutschman went 3-for-4 with a solo homer on Saturday, leading the Orioles to a 2-1 victory over the Reds.

Advice: Rutschman spearheaded Baltimore’s offense in a rare low-scoring showdown at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park with his third three-hit effort of the season. He connected for a solo homer to left-center field -- his fifth round-tripper of the season -- off Reds southpaw Andrew Abbott in the fifth inning, which wound up being the difference in the contest. The 26-year-old franchise cornerstone has gone deep three times in his last eight contests since April 27. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:39 pm
    • Leads O's with three hits, homer
Rutschman went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Reds.

Advice: Rutschman connected against left-hander Andrew Abbott in the fifth inning for his fifth homer of 2024, and it proved to be the winning run. With extra-base hits in each of his last three games, Rutschman is up to a .321/.361/.470 line through 32 games this season. He's been a bit overshadowed by Gunnar Henderson so far, but Rutschman is producing at a high level from the catcher and DH spots. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:05 pm
    • Carlos Correa plates two as Twins defeat Red Sox
Carlos Correa went 0-for-3 and drove in a pair of runs on Saturday as the Twins triumphed over the Red Sox.

Advice: Correa drove in the Twins’ first run in the opening inning with an RBI ground out off of Brennan Bernadino. He then added a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning that extended their lead to 3-1. On the season, the 29-year-old shortstop is now hitting .255/.364/.345 with a homer and seven RBI through his first 16 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:52 pm
