    • Churns out another multi-hit game
Bohm went 3-for-5 with two doubles and a run scored Sunday in the Phillies' 8-6 win over the Padres.

Advice: Recently elevated into the cleanup spot, Bohm has stayed on a heater at the plate to give the Phillies little reason to think about moving him down in the order. He's now turned in multi-hit efforts in eight of his last 10 games, batting .548 during that stretch to lift his season-long average up to .365, trailing only Mookie Betts (.387) and Will Smith (.367) for tops among qualified hitters. • Opens scoring with homer
Estrada went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Pirates.

Advice: Estrada opened the scoring when he took Jared Jones deep in the third inning. Estrada has gone 2-for-7 over two games since he recovered from a minor hamstring issue. The second baseman is slashing a modest .235/.255/.422 with four homers, 13 RBI, 12 runs scored and no stolen bases through 28 contests. His power is in line with previous years, but Estrada logged 20-plus steals in both 2022 and 2023, so it's a little unusual to see him getting less involved on the basepaths. • Escapes with save
Doval allowed a run on two hits and a walk in one inning of work Sunday. He did not record a strikeout but picked up a save against the Pirates.

Advice: Doval retired the first two batters he faced before letting three straight Pirates reach base. He then forced Joey Bart into a game-ending groundout to finish off the 3-2 win. Doval has converted all five of his save chances while registering a 3.38 ERA through 10.2 frames. Sunday was his first save since April 23 against the Mets. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:57 pm
    • Abner Uribe charged with five runs in relief
Abner Uribe was charged with five runs while getting two outs Sunday against the Yankees.

Advice: This inning never should have gotten started. After Uribe walked Aaron Judge, Alex Verdugo hit a routine double-play ball, except for the fact that Judge managed to deflect the relay with his oven mitt while going into second. It should have been interference, but the umpiring crew wouldn’t make the call. Uribe went on to get Giancarlo Stanton to pop out, but he just couldn’t get the third out from there. His ERA ballooned to 6.92. There’s little doubt that it will recover, but now that he’s down to third in line for saves in Milwaukee, there isn’t much reason to roster him in mixed leagues. • Paul Sewald scheduled to throw bullpen Wednesday
Paul Sewald (oblique) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Wednesday.

Advice: The Diamondbacks announced on Saturday that Sewald was having his rehab slowed a bit due to renewed soreness, but it sounds like it’s only a minor issue. He’s still probably going to need another appearance or two in rehab games before he’s cleared to return, but it’s not all doom and gloom for the Diamondbacks’ closer. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:41 pm

    • Receives Sunday off
Moreno is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Seattle.

Advice: Moreno started the first two games of the series but will receive a breather in Sunday's finale. Tucker Barnhart is starting at catcher and batting eighth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:19 am
    • Christian Yelich (back) resumes swinging bat
Brewers manager Pat Murphy told reporters Sunday that Christian Yelich (back) has resumed swinging, but that his progress has “stalled.”

Advice: “I think within a week, we’ll be in a better spot,” Murphy told reporters. Yelich has been on the shelf since April 16 because of his lower back strain, and while it’s a positive development that he’s able to swing the stick, it’s less so to hear that he’s not making continued progress. The 32-year-old was expected to need just around a minimum stint on the injured list, but there’s a good chance that Yelich won’t return until the start of May at this point. • Out of Sunday's lineup
Caballero is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Advice: Caballero will head to the bench Sunday after he posted a .217/.250/.370 slash line and 26.5 percent strikeout rate while starting the previous 12 games. Amed Rosario will shift to shortstop and bat third. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:39 am

    • Gabriel Moreno gets Sunday off vs. Mariners
Gabriel Moreno is not in the lineup for Sunday’s contest against the Mariners.

Advice: Moreno gets a day off after going 0-for-6 in the first two games of the series against Seattle. Tucker Barnhart will handle catching duties and hit seventh against Logan Gilbert and the Mariners for the series finale. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:21 am
