• Laces five hits, drives in five
Yelich went 5-for-6 with a stolen base, two doubles, five RBI and one run scored in Friday's win against the White Sox.

Advice: Yelich collected his first five-hit game of 2024 and fifth of his career, achieving the feat for the first time since Aug. 17, 2019. The former MVP has been resurgent since returning from a back injury May 8, hitting .321 (25-for-78) with one homer, six stolen bases, 16 RBI and 14 runs scored. Overall, Yelich is slashing .325/.406/.564 in 134 plate appearances while anchoring a formidable first-place Brewers lineup. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:59 pm
  • Yelich drives in five with five hits vs. White Sox
Christian Yelich went 5-for-6, drove in five runs and stole a base in a 12-5 win over the White Sox on Friday.

Advice: The Brew Crew were able to pick up 23 hits and six walks against the overmatched White Sox. Yelich was responsible for nearly a quarter of those, and two of them were double, giving him six on the season. The steal was the eighth, and Yelich continues to impress when on the field in 2024 with a .325/.406/.564 slash. It’s fun to see a the MVP version of Yelich thus far. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:06 pm
  • Sitting Friday
Stanton is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Giants.

Advice: Stanton has struggled as of late, going 1-for-20 with eight strikeouts over his last five games, and he's now down to .225/.275/.471 for the season. Trent Grisham will start in center field Friday while Aaron Judge serves as the designated hitter against Giants right-hander Jordan Hicks. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:05 pm
  • Perfect at plate Thursday
Lindor went 4-for-4 with a home run, an additional RBI and a stolen base in Thursday's 3-2 win against Arizona.

Advice: Lindor suffered a swollen finger on a bunt attempt during a game Tuesday, but the issue hasn't caused him to miss any time and certainly didn't seem to impact his swing Thursday. The shortstop collected his second four-hit game of the season, which was highlighted by a 431-foot solo homer in the third inning. Lindor is still batting just .225 on the campaign, but he's hit safely in nine straight contests and has posted a .375 batting average, two homers, four doubles and six RBI over that span. • Francisco Lindor goes 4-for-4 with homer and steal
Francisco Lindor went 4-for-4 with a homer, two RBI and a stolen base in a 3-2 win Thursday over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Fantasy managers have to be thrilled seeing this one, as Lindor has been a massive disappointment a third of the way through 2024. The homer is the ninth of the season, and the stolen base gives the 30-year-old seven swipes through 2024. Lindor has gotten off to poor starts before only to finish hot, and there’s reason to believe that can happen again. It doesn’t make the previous two months any less frustrating, however. • Still not swinging
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Tuesday that Muncy is on a "slow program" due to lingering oblique soreness and isn't currently swinging a bat, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Advice: Muncy resumed baseball activities last Tuesday, but his progress has since been slowed by continued soreness in his oblique. The third baseman is already eligible to be activated off the IL, but given Roberts' comments, it doesn't seem like Muncy is on the cusp of returning. He'll almost certainly head out on a minor-league rehab assignment prior to rejoining Los Angeles' lineup. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 9:10 pm

  • Ends power drought
Yelich went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's 10-6 win over the Cubs.

Advice: Yelich's last homer was was April 10. He dealt with a back injury that kept him out of the lineup for nearly a month, and his power was the last part of his game to return. The outfielder has gone 20-for-69 (.290) over 18 contests since he returned from the injured list, though he's logged just six extra-base hits in that span. For the season, Yelich is slashing .306/.390/.546 with six homers, 22 RBI, 19 runs scored, seven stolen bases, four doubles and two triples over 29 contests. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:44 pm
  • Christian Yelich homers, drives in three Wednesday
Christian Yelich went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer, three RBI, and two runs scored on Wednesday against the Cubs.

Advice: After going hitless in his last two games, Yelich put the Brewers on the board in the first inning with a two-run blast off Shota Imanaga. It was the first extra-base hit Imanaga has allowed to a left-handed batter. Yelich later knocked a base hit in the third and scored on a double by Gary Sánchez. The 29-year-old outfielder is hitting an outstanding .306/.390/.546 with six homers, 22 RBI, and seven steals across 124 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 7:20 pm
  • Francisco Lindor reaches twice in loss to Dodgers
Francisco Lindor went 1-for-4 with a run scored on Wednesday in the Mets’ loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Lindor showed zero ill effects, reaching base safely in two of his four plate appearances less than 24 hours after suffering a left index finger contusion during Tuesday’s doubleheader. It doesn’t appear that he’s going to wind up missing any time moving forward. Rotoworld Wednesday, 5:29 pm
