Three hits, two steals MondayAbrams went 3-for-5 with a double, two stolen bases and two runs scored in Monday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Padres.
Advice: Abrams has posted a trio of three-hit games over his last four contests. He'd been less fortunate on the basepaths lately, going 1-for-4 on stolen base attempts over the previous five games before his two swipes Monday. The shortstop is putting together a strong breakout campaign with a .275/.325/.502 slash line, 12 home runs, 39 RBI, 47 runs scored and 13 thefts over 70 contests. Rotowire.com -
Homers in four-hit performanceBohm went 4-for-5 with a two-run home run, a double, a stolen base and an additional RBI in Monday's win over the Tigers.
Advice: Bohm got started early Monday, slugging a two-run home run in the opening frame to give the Phillies a 4-0 lead. The 27-year-old wasn't done, recording three more hits including his MLB-leading 28th double of the season. Making another rehab startWilliams (elbow) will make another rehab start with Triple-A Columbus on Wednesday.

Advice: Musgrove has been throwing plyo balls in recent days, but this will be his first time playing catch since he landed on the injured list at the beginning of the month. Eventual surgery for the right-hander isn't ruled out, but he will attempt to come back without an operation. Advice: Altuve led off the bottom of the first inning with his 12th home run of the season and third in his last 13 starts. He's been hot in that stretch, maintaining a .352 average with 11 RBI and 10 runs scored while also chipping in a stolen base. Altuve has already locked in his third consecutive season with double-digit homers and steals and is hitting .299 across 342 plate appearances on the campaign. Advice: Webb struggled early, yielding two doubles and two singles as part of a three-run first inning before surrendering another run in the second frame. While Webb settled in afterward, the damage was already done, as the Giants failed to generate a hit until the seventh inning. The 27-year-old has completed at least six innings in nine consecutive starts and matched his season high in strikeouts Sunday. Dominates GiantsGray (9-4) picked up the win Sunday against San Francisco, allowing one run on one hit with no walks across seven innings. He struck out eight.
Advice: Gray took a perfect game into the seventh inning before Patrick Bailey launched a solo home run with two outs. Although the Cardinals' bullpen gave up two more runs, Gray was able to claim his ninth win of 2024, his most wins in a season since 2019. The 34-year-old has completed at least seven innings in three consecutive starts and owns a 2.95 ERA along with an 11.1 K/9 across 83.1 innings.
