Francisco Lindor leaves the yard in rout of Nats
Francisco Lindor went 2-for-5 with a homer and a pair of runs scored on Wednesday as the Mets routed the Nationals in Washington.
Advice: The dynamic 30-year-old shortstop went back-to-back with Luis Torrens off of Patrick Corbin in the sixth inning, with his 428-foot (109.3 mph EV) bomb increasing the Mets’ lead to 4-0. He also led off the seventh inning with a single and scored as J.D. Martinez bounced into a double play. With his two-hit attack, Lindor is now hitting .235/.302/.410 to go along with 10 long balls, 31 RBI and nine stolen bases on the season.
