    Dansby Swanson hit a two-run homer on Tuesday, leading the Cubs to a 5-2 victory over the Giants.

    Advice: Swanson kicked off the scoring in this one with a two-run blast off Giants ace Logan Webb in the second inning. It was his seventh long ball of the year, but third time he’s gone deep since June 1. He’s batting just .192 (20-for-104) with four homers and one steal over his last 30 games.   • Josh Smith hits three-run homer against Mets
    Josh Smith went 2-for-4 and hit a three-run homer Tuesday in the loss to the Mets.

    Advice: We’re still not really buying into Smith’s terrific start to the season, but there’s little doubt that he’ll remain in the Rangers lineup after Josh Jung returns. He’s batting .298/.386/.451 through 247 at-bats, even though his exit velocity numbers are actually worse than when he hit .185/.304/.328 last season.   • Blasts homer, steals a base
    Swanson went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and a steal in Tuesday's win over the Giants.

    Advice: The veteran shortstop opened the game's scoring by drilling a 401-foot two-run homer off Logan Webb in the second inning. Swanson later added his fifth stolen bag of the season in the eighth. The big performance was a welcome sight for the 30-year-old, as he entered the evening on a cold spell where he'd gone hitless in 20 plate appearances over his last six games.     J.P. Crawford went 2-for-3 with two walks and three RBI in a win over the Guardians on Tuesday.

    Advice: Crawford had two of the five hardest-hit balls of the game with a 106.2 mph double and a 105 mph home run, which was his seventh of the season to go along with 21 RBI. Crawford remains in the leadoff spot for the Mariners but had just one hit in his last seven games coming into today.   • Santiago Espinal homers in win over Pirates
    Santiago Espinal went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a win over the Pirates on Tuesday.

    Advice: Espinal’s home run accounted for the only runs the Reds would score, or need to score, on Tuesday. It was Espinal’s first start in over a week and just his fourth home run of the season to go along with a .204 average. He remains off fantasy radars, but it was a good day for him today.   • Abrams pushes hitting streak to 11 games in loss
    CJ Abrams went 2-for-4 in the Nationals’ loss to the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.

    Advice: Abrams was responsible for two of the Nationals’ four hits on the night, with both coming off starter Slade Cecconi, who was dialed in all evening. Abrams has now hit safely in 11 straight games and is slashing .298/.377/.574 in the month of June. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:17 pm

    Advice: Hamilton has rapidly emerged as a relevant fantasy contributor over the last few weeks, batting .323 (31-for-96) with three homers and 14 stolen bases over his last 30 contests. The 26-year-old speedster was removed from Monday’s game against Toronto with left side discomfort, but it doesn’t sound like he’s going to wind up requiring a trip to the injured list at the moment.     Taylor Walls (illness) remains out of the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Twins.
