• Knocks sixth homer
Chourio went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer in Sunday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: Chourio belted a three-run shot during Milwaukee's four-run second inning. It was his first long ball since May 15, snapping a 12-game drought. During that stretch, he was 6-for-36 (.167) with just two extra-base hits. The highly-touted prospect is still trying to find his footing at the MLB level; he's slashing .214/.257/.345 with 10 extra-base hits and a 10:49 BB:K through 52 games. Ramos went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Sunday's loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Ramos went deep for a solo blast in the third inning and later knocked a two-run single in the sixth. It was his first career three-RBI performance at the MLB level and he snapped an eight-game homerless drought. Ramos boosted his slash line to .286/.355/.400 with 16 RBI and seven extra-base hits through 93 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:40 pm
  • Exits early with hamstring injury
Marsh suffered a right hamstring strain and was removed from Sunday's contest with the Cardinals in the bottom of the eighth inning, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Marsh notched a single off of reliever Andrew Kittredge to open the bottom of the eighth, leaving the game after advancing to second base on a base knock from Nick Castellanos. The outfielder will likely undergo additional testing on his leg and a trip to the injured list is certainly on the table. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:54 pm

  • Brandon Marsh diagnosed with hamstring strain
The Phillies announced that Brandon Marsh was pulled from Sunday’s game against the Cardinals due to a right hamstring strain.

Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder suffered the injury while running the bases in the eighth inning on Sunday. He’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the strain. Expect the Phillies to provide an update on his status on Monday. Fantasy managers who are relying on Marsh for next week should be sure to have a contingency plan in place. • Brandon Marsh leaves game Sunday with leg injury
Brandon Marsh was removed from Sunday night’s battle against the Cardinals in the eighth inning due to an apparent leg injury.

Advice: Marsh rounded second base and wanted to turn on the jets to go to third, but pulled up lame and had to hobble back into second base. It’s unclear if it was a hamstring or some sort of knee issue, though he was able to walk off the field under his own power. He’ll head for further evaluation. Cristian Pache came in to replace him and would be in line for increased action if Marsh is forced to miss any time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:42 pm

  • Heliot Ramos homers, plates three runs in loss
Heliot Ramos went 2-for-5 with a homer and three RBI on Sunday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Giants to victory over the Yankees.

Advice: Ramos clubbed a 405-foot (108.2 mph EV) solo shot off of Nestor Cortes in the third inning that gave the Giants a 2-1 lead. He then delivered a go-ahead two-run single in the sixth inning that put the Giants on top 5-3. The 24-year-old outfielder struck out in each of his other three at-bats on the night. For the season, he’s now hitting .286/.355/.440 with three homers and 16 RBI and a stolen base in 84 at-bats. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:35 pm

Raley went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Angels.

Advice: Raley opened the scoring with a solo shot in the fourth inning and added his second RBI in the eighth when he was plunked with the bases loaded. Prior to a one-game absence with a lat issue, he went 1-for-19, but he's gone 3-for-9 with two homers, a double and three RBI over his last three contests. The outfielder is up to a steady .265/.315/.441 slash line with six long balls, 15 RBI, 20 runs scored and five stolen bases over 146 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:43 pm

  • Nelson Velázquez delivers clutch game-tying hit
Nelson Velázquez had a pinch-hit two-RBI triple to tie the game in the ninth inning in a 4-3 win over the Padres on Sunday.

Advice: Velázquez didn’t start the game, but he was brought on to face left-hander Yuki Matsui in the ninth inning and drilled a 109 mph triple off the center field wall to tie the game. It was a ball that could have left the yard in 18 of 30 MLB stadiums and continued Velázquez’s trend of only getting hits in big situations. In his last 11 games, Velázquez has gone 8-for-43 but five of those hits have been home runs and two others have driven in runs. The slugger is hitting just .219 on the season, which will dampen his fantasy value, but the power is for real. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:46 pm
