    • Plates three during win
Turang went 2-for-3 with three RBI, a run scored, a walk and stole a base during Tuesday's 8-2 win over the Rays.

Advice: Turang's RBI single in the second inning drove in Jackson Chourio to give Milwaukee a 2-0 lead, and his seventh-inning double scored another two runs, pushing the score to 8-2. The 24-year-old second baseman continues to look like a reformed hitter, batting .312 through 93 at-bats this season -- a drastic improvement from his .218 average last year -- and his 14 stolen bases rank second in the majors. • Turang drives in three as Brewers down Rays
Brice Turang went 2-for-3 with a double, three RBI, and a run scored in Tuesday’s win over the Rays.

Advice: Turang singled in the second inning to bring home Jackson Chourio, giving the Brewers an early 2-0 lead, but that was just the start of a strong night for the young second baseman. Turang would later double in the seventh inning, driving in two more runs to put the Brewers up 8-2. Turang has upped his RBI total to 12 on the season and his hitting a solid .312 through the first month of the season.

    • Continues hot stretch
Adell went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Monday in a 6-5 win against the Phillies.

Advice: Adell batted out of the No. 2 spot for the first time this season and immediately made his presence felt with a solo homer in the first inning. The long ball was his second in three games, and he's knocked in five runs over that stretch. Adell has been swinging a hot bat since mid-April -- he's reached base safely in 10 straight contests and is slashing .407/.484/.815 with three home runs, eight RBI, five runs and a stolen base during that span. • Bailey Falter tagged for five runs in loss
Bailey Falter lost to the A’s after allowing five runs in five innings on Monday.

Advice: Falter was picked up in a bunch of leagues this week because he had the greatest two-start schedule ever dreamed up; he was facing the A’s on the road and the Rockies at home. Start No. 1 was a bust, but at least he did manage five strikeouts and a 1.2 WHIP. Start No. 2 will likely be better. Rotoworld Monday, 11:19 pm
    • Jo Adell homers from two hole in Angels’ win
Jo Adell hit his fourth homer Monday as the Angels edged the Phillies 6-5.

Advice: Adell was moved into the second spot in the lineup tonight, and while we’re not sure that’s exactly the right spot for an awful baserunner who strikes out a whole lot, it’s closer to where he belongs than where he was batting previously. Adell remains a flawed player, but he definitely seems to have made some gains again this year after also showing signs of progress last season. Whether he’s a long-term asset in mixed leagues remains to be seen, but he’s worth using right now. Rotoworld Monday, 10:21 pm

    • First hiccup of 2024
Diaz (0-1) took the loss Monday against the Cubs, allowing two runs on two hits with three strikeouts across one inning.

Advice: Diaz spoiled Luis Severino's eight-inning gem, allowing a double to Mike Tauchman and a two-run home run to Christopher Morel in the final frame to put the Cubs ahead 3-1, where the score would remain. The loss was Diaz's first true blemish of the campaign, being a perfect 4-for-4 in save chances with no prior losses. His ERA jumped from 0.93 to 2.53 following Monday's contest and his WHIP sits at 0.94 through 10.2 innings. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:27 pm

    • Tagged with five runs
Falter (2-2) allowed five runs on six hits over five innings Monday, striking out five and taking a loss against Oakland.

Advice: Falter gave up one run through three innings before the Athletics plated two runs in each of the fourth and fifth frames. The 27-year-old southpaw had allowed just four runs over his previous four starts (23 innings) before Monday's rough outing. On a better note, he forced 11 swinging strikes Monday, giving him 25 over his last two starts. Falter will carry a 4.22 ERA into his next outing, which is projected to be at home against the Rockies this weekend. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:09 pm
    • Turns in scoreless outing
Pepiot (3-2) yielded two hits over six shutout frames Monday, striking out seven and earning a win over the Brewers.

Advice: Pepiot was nearly untouchable Monday, allowing just one Brewer to reach scoring position. At one point, he retired 14 consecutive batters. He's produced three straight quality starts and four in his six appearances this year. Over his last outings, Pepiot has given up just two runs with an 18:5 K:BB through 18 innings. He'll carry a 3.12 ERA into his next start, which is projected to be at home against the Mets this weekend. Rotowire.com Monday, 7:34 pm

    • Runs wild again Monday
Young went 1-for-4 with two runs scored and two stolen bases in Monday's 7-2 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Both pilfers came in the fifth inning, as Young stole second then teamed up with CJ Abrams on a double steal after the shortstop drew a walk. Young's 12 stolen bases on the season are third in the majors behind Elly De La Cruz (18) and Brice Turang (13), and he's slashing .328/.368/.391 through 21 games. Victor Robles (hamstring) is set to begin a rehab assignment this week as he nears his return from the IL, but Young seems to have a firm hold on the starting job in center field for the Nationals.
