      Manager Bob Melvin said Wednesday that Winn's forearm tightness is "pretty mild," Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

      Advice: Winn was removed in the fifth inning of his start in Tuesday's 10-2 loss to the Dodgers after his forearm started bothering him. Though Melvin suggested that the right-hander's injury isn't too severe, the skipper acknowledged that Winn could still miss some time.       Paul Sewald tossed a perfect ninth inning on Wednesday against the Reds to collect his second save of the season.

      Advice: Sewald got the call to protect a one-run lead in the bottom of the ninth after Lourdes Gurriel Jr. put Arizona ahead in the top of the frame with a two-out RBI double. He got Mike Ford to ground out before coaxing a harmless pop up from Spencer Steer and a fly out from Jeimer Candelario to end the contest.
