    • Grabs first win
Scott (1-4) earned the win Tuesday over Colorado, allowing an unearned run on a hit and a walk in one inning. He struck out two.

Advice: Scott allowed the free runner to score in the top of the 10th inning on a two-out Ryan McMahon double before ultimately striking out Hunter Goodman to end the frame. The Marlins would then score twice in the bottom half, completing the comeback victory and giving Scott his first win this year. The left-hander hasn't allowed an earned run in his last six appearances -- he's 4-for-5 in save chances this year with a 2.84 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 12:13 K:BB across 12.2 innings. • Pops first homer Tuesday
Gimenez went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 10-9 extra-inning loss to the Astros.

Advice: Gimenez started the Guardians' comeback with a two-run blast in the sixth inning. The second baseman has logged three straight multi-hit efforts following a recent 0-for-11 skid. For the season, he's slashing .280/.347/.374 with one homer, 17 RBI, 17 runs scored, four stolen bases, five doubles and a triple over 122 plate appearances. He continues to see a starting role and frequently bats second in the lineup against right-handers. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:48 pm
    • Swipes eighth bag
Garcia went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Garcia has hit safely in five straight games, going 8-for-22 (.364) with two steals, four RBI and four runs scored in that span. He continues to improve at the plate as he shakes off a slow start to the campaign. Overall, the 24-year-old is slashing .231/.280/.388 with four home runs, 20 RBI, 15 runs scored and eight steals through 30 contests this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:45 pm
    • Swats three-run homer
Naylor went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and an additional run scored during Tuesday's 10-9 loss to the Astros.

Advice: Naylor launched his seventh home run of the campaign and scored multiple times for the second time this season. Even with Naylor's long ball, he's batting 3-for-22 (.136) over his last six games. However, he's added a pair of stolen bases and has struck out four times to three walks during that stretch. • Andres Giménez hits first homer of 2024 vs. Astros
Andrés Giménez went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI, and two runs scored in Tuesday’s loss to the Astros.

Advice: Giménez hit his first home run of the season on Tuesday when he took Cade Smith deep to right for a two-run bomb. Giménez closes out the first month of the season with a line of .280/.347/.374 to go with one homer, 17 RBI, and 17 runs scored. While he doesn’t provide much power, Giménez is providing plenty as far as scoring and driving in runs are concerned. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:35 pm
    • Tanner Scott picks up extra-innings win
Tanner Scott allowed one run (no earned) on one hit and one walk in one inning while getting the win in a 7-6 extra-innings win over the Rockies on Tuesday.

Advice: Scott got two quick outs in the top of the 10th innings but then allowed a double to Ryan McMahon which scored the ghost runner. He then issued an intentional walk before getting another strikeout to end the inning. He would pick up with win when the Marlins scored twice in the bottom of the inning. It’s never easy with Scott but at least the walk tonight was intentional. The Marlins are clearly planning to keep him as their closer, so he deserves to be on your fantasy roster, even if you want to bench him to see if he can work his command issues out. • Idle versus lefty
Carpenter isn't in the Tigers' lineup versus the Cardinals for the last game of Tuesday's doubleheader.

Advice: The Cardinals are starting southpaw Steven Matz on the bump, which sends Carpenter to the bench. With him on the bench, Wenceel Perez will occupy right field and bat seventh. Additionally, Mark Canha has the start as the designated hitter and will bat third. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:33 pm

    • Delivers run in loss
Suarez went 1-for-4 with an RBI in Monday's 8-4 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Suarez was involved in Arizona's three-run fifth inning, plating a run with a single. His bat has slumbered to start the season (.229 average, .634 OPS), but the third baseman has managed to deliver with runners on base. Suarez is third on the club with 18 RBI, fueled by a .414 average with runners in scoring position. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:26 am

    • Yields four runs
Sanchez allowed four runs on seven hits and two walks over five-plus innings in a no-decision Monday. He struck out one during the loss to the Angels.

Advice: Sanchez gave up a run in each of the first two innings. He then kept the Angels quiet until he was charged with two more runs without recording an out in the sixth. It was the first time this season Sanchez has allowed more than three earned runs in an outing. He tied his lowest strikeout total and forced just a single swinging strike in the subpar performance. The 27-year-old lefty now owns a 3.68 ERA with a 29:13 K:BB through 29.1 innings. Sanchez is currently in line for a home start next week against the Giants. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:24 pm
