      Advice: Javier will have gone nearly a month in between starts for the Astros when he toes the rubber Saturday, having been sidelined with a neck problem. He's ready to roll now, though, following one rehab start with Double-A Corpus Christi which saw him allow three runs over 3.1 frames. The left-hander racked up 16 swinging strikes against the Astros, leading to his second-highest single-game strikeout total of the season. Willi Castro got to Kirby in the second with a solo blast before driving in a fourth run with a triple in the fourth. Kirby tossed one more scoreless frame, ending his day after five at 70 pitches.
