    • Hopeful that injury is minor
Riley (side) isn't overly concerned with his long-term availability and considers himself day-to-day, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Advice: Riley experienced left side tightness in batting practice Sunday and was ultimately removed from Atlanta's contest against the Mets in the fourth inning after going 1-for-2 at the plate. The third baseman doesn't know if he'll need an MRI, which is something he'll make a decision on Monday. With the team launching a three-game home series with the Cubs on Monday, there's a chance that Riley misses some, if not all, of the series as Atlanta will likely be cautious with the talented 26-year-old. • Three hits, homer
Wisdom went 3-for-4 with a solo home run during Sunday's 5-4 win over the Pirates.

Advice: Wisdom reached four times during the extra-inning win and belted a solo homer off Aroldis Chapman in the 10th frame. With Cody Bellinger and Seiya Suzuki healthy, starts will likely come at a premium for Wisdom despite slashing .321/.441/.679 across 34 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Today, 9:14 pm

    • Plays first two rehab games
Diaz (calf) went 0-for-3 with two walks over his first two rehab games with Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday and Sunday.

Advice: Diaz has yet to play a full game, but he did take a trio of plate appearances as the designated hitter when kicking off the rehab assignment Friday. He then progressed to playing defense Sunday, logging five innings at third base in the win over Round Rock. Diaz will probably continue to be given a day off between games for the time being given his age and the length of time it's taken for him to be able to return to game action. • Austin Riley (side) hopeful to return this week
Austin Riley (side) told reporters on Sunday night that he’s hopeful to return to the Braves’ starting lineup at some point during the upcoming week.

Advice: Riley initially felt something in his side during batting practice but didn’t say anything. He then felt the discomfort again in the third inning on Sunday night and continued to play through it. Finally in the fifth inning, it was enough of a concern to mention something, which prompted his exit from the ballgame. He’ll probably miss a couple of games as a precautionary measure, but it doesn’t sound like Riley should require a trip to the injured list. Rotoworld Today, 8:29 pm

    • Records ninth steal
Garcia went 1-for-5 with a stolen base in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Angels.

Advice: Garcia has hit safely in eight of 11 games in May, going 12-for-47 (.255) with four doubles, four RBI and five runs scored. His steal Sunday was his first of the month and his ninth of the season, and he's yet to be caught stealing. The third baseman is slashing .238/.290/.375 with four home runs, 24 RBI and 20 runs scored over 184 plate appearances. While Garcia hasn't profiled as an ideal leadoff hitter, he's done enough to keep that spot through the first quarter of the campaign in a fairly strong lineup. Rotowire.com Today, 7:52 pm

    • Picks up fifth steal
Espinal went 2-for-5 with a stolen base in Sunday's 6-5 extra-inning loss to the Giants.

Advice: Espinal was one of two Reds with multiple hits in the game, and it was his first such performance since April 24. The infielder hit a poor .121 (4-for-33) over 11 contests in between multi-hit efforts. He's slashing .186/.245/.244 with one home run, 12 RBI, six runs scored and five steals over 30 games this season. Espinal has sat out the last four games in which the Reds have faced a right-handed pitcher, though he's still been in the lineup against the last three southpaws they've faced. • Austin Riley leaves game with left side tightness
Austin Riley was removed from Sunday night’s battle against the Mets in the fifth inning due to tightness in his left side.

Advice: The Braves are calling his exit precautionary, but there’s still cause for concern. It’s unlikely that the club will have any additional updates until Monday. Fantasy managers should be sure to have a contingency plan in place for next week in the event that Riley is forced to miss a couple of games. Zack Short replaced him at third base on Sunday and could be in line for increased action if Riley does miss any time. Rotoworld Today, 6:26 pm

    • Exits early versus Mets
Riley was removed from Sunday's contest against the Mets in bottom of the fourth inning with left side tightness, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Advice: Riley's removal from the contest has been described as precautionary according to Atlanta. The third baseman finished his night going 1-for-2 with a single and a strikeout. Riley's status will likely be updated following the conclusion of the team's series finale with New York. Rotowire.com Today, 5:22 pm

    • Jeimer Candelario delivers three-run double
Jeimer Candelario just missed a grand slam on Sunday, settling for a three-run double against the Giants.

Advice: Candelario delivered the blast that left Jung Hoo Lee with an injured shoulder after he crashed into the wall. Statcast said it would have been a homer in 18 ballparks. Rotoworld Today, 4:56 pm
