      Fernando Tatis Jr. went 1-for-3 and blasted a mammoth solo home run on Sunday as the Padres shut out the Dodgers 4-0 in San Diego.

      Advice: The 25-year-old superstar opened the scoring in the contest with a mammoth 442-foot (109.2 mph EV) solo shot off of Walker Buehler in the home half of the first inning. He was also plunked by Ryan Yarbrough later in the ballgame. While he’s not completely lighting the world on fire, Tatis has still been very productive from a fantasy perspective this season — slashing .257/.335/.449 with eight homers, 22 RBI and six stolen bases (in seven attempts).     • Jake Cronenworth leaves the yard in win on Sunday
      Jake Cronenworth blasted his seventh home run of the season on Sunday, helping to power the Padres to victory over the visiting Dodgers.

      Advice: The 30-year-old infielder went back-to-back with teammate Fernando Tatis Jr. off of Walker Buehler in the opening inning of this one, with Cronenworth’s blast traveling 408 feet (106.5 mph EV). That would be his only hit in four at-bats on the afternoon. For the season, he’s now slashing a healthy .285/.349/.503 to go along with the aforementioned seven long balls and 27 RBI.     • Yu Darvish fires seven scoreless to beat Dodgers
      Yu Darvish was magnificent in Sunday afternoon’s victory over the Dodgers, piling up seven strikeouts across seven innings of shutout baseball.

      Advice: The 37-year-old right-hander allowed just two hits and one walk on the day. He retired the first 14 hitters that he faced in order until he walked Andy Pages with two outs in the fifth inning. He then allowed a single to Enrique Hernandez, but got Miguel Rojas to line out to end the threat. Darvish generated 19 swings and misses on 101 pitches in the ballgame — one or more on eight different offerings — while posting an elite CSW of 36 percent. He has yet to allow a run over 17 innings since returning from the injured list and now boasts a 2.43 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and a 37/12 K/BB ratio over 40 2/3 innings on the year.     • Mookie Betts collects two hits in loss to Padres
      Mookie Betts went 2-for-4 with a double as the Dodgers were shut out by the Padres on Sunday afternoon in San Diego.

      Advice: As a team, the Dodgers tallied just four hits in the contest, with Betts accounting for half of them on his own — including their lone extra-base knock. He smacked a one-out double off of Yu Darvish in the sixth inning but was left stranded there. He then singled off of Wandy Peralta with two outs in the eighth inning.     • Walker Buehler gives up three in loss to Padres
      Walker Buehler struggled in Sunday afternoon’s loss against the Padres, giving up three runs on five hits over his 3 1/3 innings of work.

      Advice: Buehler also issued a pair of walks while striking out two batters on the afternoon. The bulk of the damage done against him came in the opening inning as Fernando Tatis Jr. and Jake Cronenworth crushed back-to-back solo home runs. Buehler then exited with the bases loaded and one out in the fourth inning and was somewhat fortunate that only one of the inherited runners wound up scoring. Buehler got five swings and misses on 77 pitches on the day, posting an underwhelming CSW of only 19 percent.       Riley was removed from Sunday's contest against the Mets in bottom of the fourth inning with left side tightness, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

      Advice: Riley's removal from the contest has been described as precautionary according to Atlanta, finishing his night 1-for-2 with a single and a strikeout.       Castellanos went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in Sunday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Marlins.

      Advice: Castellanos took Miami's starter Braxton Garrett deep for a three-run shot in the top of the first inning, giving the Phillies an early 3-0 lead. The long ball was his fourth of the season and second homer in his last three contests. Castellanos has now secured at least one hit in eight consecutive games, batting .322 with two home runs, seven RBI, eight runs scored and a stolen base over 31 at-bats during that stretch.       LaMonte Wade Jr. hit a two-run homer and walked twice Sunday as the Giants bested the Reds 6-5 in 10 innings.

      Advice: One of the walks was his first intentional pass of the season. The MLB OBP leader at .480, Wade now has two homers in 123 plate appearances. Because of his performance and the fact that the Giants are really banged up, he made his first two starts of the year against lefties on Friday and Saturday.     • Kyle Harrison walks five in no-decision
      Kyle Harrison allowed three runs in five innings Sunday in a no-decision versus the Reds.

      Advice: All of the runs came in the first, which featured a hit by pitch, two walks and then a near-grand slam from Jeimer Candelario that instead resulted in a bases-clearing double. Harrison went on to allow just one hard-hit ball over the subsequent four innings, but he did walk three more batters. He’s walked 12 in his three starts this month, but he has a 2.12 ERA in the process. In April, he walked a total of five batters in six starts, though he had a 4.09 ERA then.
