    • Swats second homer
Seager went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 8-4 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Seager, who was not in the original starting lineup for Saturday's game, was a late addition. The home run was his second of the season. Seager's off to a slow start, slashing .247/.336/.330 over 110 plate appearances, which is perhaps disappointing from a player that finished second in AL MVP voting last season. However, it's also understandable when considering Seager underwent offseason hernia surgery and missed all but the final week of spring training. Rotowire.com Today, 7:03 am

    • Walks, scores in return
Fraley went 1-for-3 with a walk and run scored in Saturday's 8-4 win over Texas.

Advice: Fraley, who returned from a week-long absence due to an illness, walked in his first plate appearance and came around to score. He was eventually removed late in the game as part of a defensive realignment. Rotowire.com Today, 6:47 am

    • Ty France stays hot with homer Saturday vs. D-backs
Ty France launched a two-run homer on Saturday, powering the Mariners to a 3-1 victory over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: France’s two-run shot off Arizona righty Bryce Jarvis was more than enough offense for George Kirby and relievers Ryne Stanek and Andrés Muñoz, who allowed just one run on three hits combined in a low-scoring affair at T-Mobile Park. The 29-year-old slugger has gone deep twice in his las three games after going 21 consecutive contests without a round-tripper to open the season. Rotoworld Today, 4:41 am

    • Could play in Vegas on Sunday
Davis (thigh/groin) joined Triple-A Las Vegas on Saturday to partake in baseball activities and is expected to serve as the designated hitter for the Aviators on Sunday, MLB.com reports.

Advice: Davis has been sidelined since sustaining his injury April 14, but he'd been ramping up physical activity in recent days. Manager Mark Kotsay said Saturday the plan is for Davis to rejoin the Athletics on Monday, at which point it will be determined whether he'll need to play in more rehab games or if he's ready to be activated from the injured list. • Knocks second homer Saturday
France went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in a win over the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

Advice: France gave the Mariners some valuable breathing room in the seventh, extending a one-run lead via a 410-foot shot to left center with Jorge Polanco aboard. It was the second homer in three games for France, who previously hadn't left the yard over his first 21 games of the campaign. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:22 pm

    • Dominates in no-decision
Bibee tossed seven scoreless innings, giving up two hits and no walks while striking out nine batters in a no-decision against Atlanta on Saturday.

Advice: Bibee made a talented Atlanta offense look inept, racking up 16 swinging strikes and allowing just two hits over seven frames. However, he was matched in putting zeroes up on the scoreboard by veteran Charlie Morton, and both hurlers had to settle for a no-decision. This was Bibee's first quality start of the campaign -- before Saturday, he hadn't gone deeper than 5.2 frames in any outing. Through six starts, the right-hander has a 3.45 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 35:12 K:BB over 31.1 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:55 pm
    • Tanner Bibee whiffs nine over seven scoreless
Tanner Bibee held Atlanta scoreless over seven innings with nine strikeouts, but didn’t qualify for a decision in his start Saturday.

Advice: In one of the better pitching duels of the year, Bibbee and Charlie Morton battled zero-for-zero over the first seven frames. Bibbee allowed only two hits while in action, and he didn’t walk anyone while firing 60-of-91 pitches for strikes. The right-hander has struck out 17 batters over his last two starts, and he’s lowered his ERA to 3.45 after a couple of shaky outings in the early portion of the season. Bibee is back in action Friday against a not-so-good Angels’ lineup at home in Cleveland. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:18 pm
    • Rhys Hoskins homers, but Brewers routed by Yankees
Rhys Hoskins hit a solo homer in a blowout loss Saturday to the Yankees.

Advice: Hoskins homered in the first inning off Carlos Rodón to get the Brewers to within two runs at 3-1. The Brewers would only get one more hit off the left-hander and would end up losing by a dozen. Hoskins now has six homers, 18 RBI and a .781 OPS in his first month as a member of the Brew Crew. • Cranks ninth home run
O'Neill went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer and three runs scored in Saturday's win over the Cubs.

Advice: O'Neill got the scoring started with a blast over the Green Monster in the bottom of the first inning. It was the first home run this season for the 28-year-old that wasn't a solo shot. O'Neill also added a double, a single and a walk. Only Mike Trout (10) has gone deep more times so far this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:49 pm
