      Wisely went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 5-3 win over the Dodgers.

      Advice: Wisely's third homer of the year was a walk-off blast against Dodgers reliever Blake Treinen. Since June 10, Wisely has gone 17-for-55 (.309) with two homers and seven RBI across 14 contests. He's at a .304/.333/.461 slash line with three homers, 14 RBI, 13 runs scored, one stolen base and seven doubles over 108 plate appearances this season. While the Giants have valued Wisely for his defensive versatility, he has most often been stuck in a platoon at shortstop. That could change after second baseman Thairo Estrada (wrist) went on the injured list Friday, though it's also possible Wisely continues to sit against southpaws in favor of Tyler Fitzgerald during Estrada's absence.       Advice: Baseball can be funny. Wisely hit a ball that just went foul that the Giants challenged went fair, and instead of what might have been a double, he ends up with a walk-off blast off Blake Treinen.     • Jeff McNeil gets right with three hits, home run
      Jeff McNeil went 3-for-4 with a three-run homer and two runs scored in the Mets’ 7-2 win over the Astros on Friday.

      Advice: McNeil has been waiting all season for a game like this. The home run was his first at Citi Field since September 24th of last year and oddly his first long ball this season outside the state of Ohio. The signs of life are encouraging, but McNeil’s batting average still sits at a lowly .221.       Springer was removed from Friday's game against the Yankees due to a left hand contusion.

      Advice: Springer took a 93-mph fastball off his hand/wrist during the fifth inning. He remained in the game to run the bases and play defense, but he was eventually pinch hit for by Davis Schneider in the seventh frame. Precautionary imaging on Springer's hand came back negative for a fracture, and his ability to remain in the game immediately following the incident is a good sign he'll be available for Saturday's contest.       George Springer was removed from Friday night’s battle against the Yankees after being hit on the left hand by a pitch thrown by Michael Tonkin.

      Advice: The Blue Jays announced that Springer underwent precautionary imaging on his hand that came back negative for any fractures. That doesn’t mean he’s completely out of the woods, but it’s a very encouraging sign. For now, he’s being considered day-to-day with a left hand contusion. Rotoworld Friday, 6:39 pm

      Marsh went 1-for-2 with a double, two walks and a stolen base in a 2-0 win over the Marlins on Friday.

      Advice: Marsh doubled in the second inning and walked and stole second in the fourth. He later walked again in the eighth and has reached base seven times in his past two starts with a home run and a steal. Thanks to recent injuries to Bryce Harper (hamstring) and Kyle Schwarber (groin), Marsh was in the cleanup spot Friday night and will likely continue to hit in the middle of the order against right-handed pitching while his teammates remain on the injured list.       Brandon Marsh doubled, drew a pair of walks and stole a base as the Phillies triumphed over the Marlins on Friday evening in Philadelphia.

      Advice: Marsh led off the second inning with a double and advanced to third on a fly ball but was left stranded there. He then drew a one-out walk off of Kyle Tyler in the fourth inning and swiped second base to get himself into scoring position, but the Phillies were unable to cash him in.       Giants activated 1B/OF LaMonte Wade Jr. from the 10-day injured list.

      Advice: As expected, the 30-year-old slugger will return to start at first base and bat second on Friday night against Landon Knack and the Dodgers. Prior to landing on the injured list in late May with a Grade 2 left hamstring strain, Wade had been hitting .333/.470/.426 with a pair of homers, 17 RBI and one stolen base through his first 166 plate appearances.       Wade (hamstring) is playing first base and batting second Friday against the Dodgers, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
