    • Teoscar Hernández goes 0-for-5 against Giants
Teoscar Hernández finished 0-for-5 with three strikeouts against the Giants on Monday.

Advice: Hernández is having a terrific fantasy campaign with his 11 homers and 33 RBI in 43 games, but the .244 average, .307 OBP and 30.6% strikeout rate aren’t exactly encouraging. It’s a good thing he plays for the Dodgers, because Statcast thinks he’d have fewer homers hitting anywhere else and he also probably wouldn’t be batting with as many runners on base. • Drives in four runs
Ramirez went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two stolen bases, and two walks in Monday's win over the Rangers.

Advice: Ramirez knocked two-run singles in both the eighth and ninth innings Monday. It was his first time drawing multiple walks or stealing multiple bases in a game this season. Ramirez was stuck in a 1-for-19 slump over his previous six games before Monday's performance. The veteran third baseman bumped his slash line to .242/.294/.455 with 37 RBI, seven steals and 16 extra-base hits through 41 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:40 pm

    • Ramirez has four RBI in win Monday
Jose Ramirez went 2-for-3 with two walks, two stolen bases and four RBI in the Guardians’ win against the Rangers on Monday.

Advice: Ramirez contributed to the Guardians’ win with two-run singles in both the eighth inning and ninth inning. He also stole two bases which gives him seven on the season. Ramirez’ average is merely .242 on the season, but he’s up to 37 RBI in 41 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:39 pm

    • Back in lineup Monday
Ohtani (back) is serving as the designated hitter and batting second in Monday's game against the Giants.

Advice: Ohtani sat out Sunday's 4-0 loss to the Padres after leaving Saturday's game due to back tightness. The day off seems to have done the trick, and Ohtani is back in action for Monday's series opener. Ohtani has gone 12-for-28 with eight runs, four stolen bases, four home runs and eight RBI in May. • Shohei Ohtani rejoins lineup after back tightness
Shohei Ohtani has returned to the Dodgers lineup for Monday’s game after missing one day with back tightness.

Advice: He’s DHing and batting second, of course. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:52 pm

    • Sharp in no-decision
Elder pitched well in Sunday's loss to the Mets but did not factor into the decision. He allowed two runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out six in 5.1 innings.

Advice: Elder fell just two outs short of his second quality start of the year. The lone damage against him came off the bat of Pete Alonso, who had an RBI single in the third and another run-scoring double in the sixth. Elder tossed 65 of 85 pitches for strikes and managed to not issue any free passes after allowing eight walks over his last 8.2 innings. The 25-year-old owns a 4.79 ERA, 1.65 WHIP and 16:8 K:BB in 20.2 innings and lines up for a home start against the Padres his next time out. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:51 am

    • Homers, plates two in loss
Rooker went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in Sunday's loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Rooker stayed hot at the plate with his fourth multi-hit effort in his last five games and second home run over that span as well. Since the start of May, Rooker is slashing .441/.525/.882 with four homers, 12 RBI, 11 runs and a 6:7 BB:K in 40 plate appearances. He's now up to 10 long balls on the year and is one of 10 players with double-digit home runs thus far. Rooker also owns a .632 slugging percentage and 1.012 OPS, both of which would rank third in baseball if he had enough plate appearances to qualify. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:27 am

    • Snaps skid with homer
Goldschmidt went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Sunday's win over the Brewers.

Advice: Goldschmidt needed Sunday's performance in a big way; he entered the contest riding a 1-for-32 skid. He finally snapped out of it with a solo homer in the fifth inning, followed by a game-tying RBI single in the sixth. However, he also struck out twice, giving him an uncharacteristic 2:15 BB:K over his last eight games. On the year, Goldschmidt is now slashing .197/.280/.279 with six extra-base hits and 13 RBI through 38 games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:07 pm

    • Bryce Elder strikes out six in no-decision Sunday
Bryce Elder looked sharp in a no-decision against the Mets on Sunday night, striking out six batters over 5 1/3 innings of two-run baseball.

Advice: The right-hander scattered seven hits on the evening and didn’t allow a base on balls. Pete Alonso was responsible for all of the damage that was done against him, with an RBI single in the third inning and a run-scoring double in the sixth. Elder generated just seven swings and misses on 85 pitches on the night, registering a CSW of 28 percent. Still 1-1 on the season, he’ll bring a 4.79 ERA, 1.65 WHIP and a 16/8 K/BB ratio (20 2/3 innings) into Saturday’s showdown against the Padres. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:14 pm
