      Singer (3-2) took the loss against Seattle on Monday, allowing four runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out six batters over five innings.

      Advice: Singer came into Monday having allowed exactly one run in three straight starts, but he couldn't keep that momentum going. The right-hander yielded four runs across the second and third frames, marking just the second time this season he's given up that many runs over an entire game.       Brady Singer was charged for four runs over five innings while picking up a loss Monday to the Mariners.

      Advice: Singer was in constant trouble Monday, as he allowed nine hits with one walk against six strikeouts. He gave up a long homer to Luke Raley in the second, and two more runs were surrendered by the right-hander in the third. Singer has been solid for the overwhelming majority of 2024, but this wasn’t his night. A good chance to rebound comes Sunday against the Athletics, assuming the rotation order doesn’t change.       O'Neill went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk during Monday's loss to the Rays.

      Advice: O'Neill's first-inning three-run blast provided all the scoring for the Red Sox on Monday. It was the first homer since April 27 for the slumping O'Neill, who hit .333 with nine homers over his first 19 games, but had gone just 7-for-44 (.159) with six walks and 22 strikeouts over the most recent 12 game homer-less stretch prior to Monday.       Keller (4-3) allowed eight hits over six shutout frames Monday, striking out seven and earning a win over Milwaukee.

      Advice: Keller faced traffic on the bases throughout the night but was able to dance around danger and keep the Brewers scoreless. He forced 13 whiffs -- his second-best total so far this season -- and threw 71 of 100 pitches for strikes. Of those 13, seven came via the fastball, which averaged 95.2 mph. Keller has seemingly turned a corner after a shaky opening month; he's allowed just one run while posting a 12:1 K:BB over 15 frames in his last two starts.       Advice: Reynolds boosted his average to .256 on the season with this effort.       Mitch Keller tossed six shutout innings, recorded seven strikeouts and picked up the win in the Pirates’ 8-6 victory over the Brewers on Monday.



      Advice: The win was Keller’s fourth of the season. He allowed eight hits, but walked none in the outing. Keller lowered his ERA to 3.93 on the season. The 28-year-old right-hander is set to face the Cubs in Chicago this weekend.

      Reynolds went 5-for-5 with a home run, two doubles and two RBI in Monday's win over the Brewers.

      Advice: Reynolds was unstoppable Monday. He had four hits through seven innings, including an RBI double in the third, before capping off his big night with a solo shot to lead off the ninth. He snapped a 13-game homerless drought, during which he registered an ugly .526 OPS.       Cristopher Sánchez allowed three runs over 5 2/3 innings on Monday in a no-decision against the Mets.

      Advice: Sánchez finished with five strikeouts and also issued three walks. It’s fairly impressive that he was able to get into the middle innings of this one after the Mets got to him for three runs over the first two frames. The 27-year-old lefty will bring a serviceable 3.43 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 39/18 K/BB ratio across 42 innings (eight starts) into a home matchup on Saturday against the Nationals.       Ronald Acuña Jr. went 1-for-3 with an RBI on Monday, leading the Braves to a 2-0 win over the Cubs.

      Advice: Acuña extended Atlanta’s lead with a sixth-inning RBI single off Cubs reliever Hayden Wesneski with two outs in the frame after being picked off first base on a pair of occasions by Chicago starter Shota Imanaga earlier in the contest.
