    • Homers again Monday
Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 6-3 win against the Marlins.

Advice: Hernandez hit one of four Dodgers homers in the contest, smashing a 418-foot solo shot in the third inning. It was his second straight game with a long ball, and he's gone deep three times in his past four games. Hernandez is up to nine home runs and 26 RBI on the season while slashing .259/.325/.490 and adding 24 runs and three stolen bases. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:08 pm
    • Teoscar Hernández swats ninth homer of season
Teoscar Hernández hit a solo homer while going 2-for-4 in a win over the Marlins on Monday.

Advice: He also singled. It’s the ninth homer of the season for Hernández, and one of four the Dodgers hit off Marlins starter Roddery Muñoz in Monday’s victory. The outfielder has also driven in 26 runs over 37 games with a decent — if unspectacular — slash of .259/.325/.490. So far, so good in Hernández’s first season as a member of the Dodgers. • Leaves yard in Sunday's win
Hernandez went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Sunday's 5-1 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Hernandez homered for the second time in three games and has tallied at least a hit in 10-of-12 games since April 23. The 31-year-old is slashing .252/.320/.468 with eight homers, 25 RBI, 23 runs and a 13:49 BB:K in 153 plate appearances. Hernandez is showing increased signs of power from a year ago but strikeouts still remain an issue. His 49 strikeouts are currently the fourth-most in baseball, as he's striking out 32 percent of the time. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:19 am
    • Receiving breather Sunday
O'Neill is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

Advice: O'Neill started the previous eight games and will receive a day off after he posted a .924 OPS and 36.1 percent strikeout rate during that span. Rob Refsnyder will man left field against Minnesota righty Joe Ryan. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:13 am

    • Slugs homer in victory Friday
Hernandez went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 4-3 extra-innings win against Atlanta.

Advice: Offense was sparse for both teams until extra innings, and Hernandez's solo shot in the fourth held up as the decisive margin until Ronald Acuna tied the score with a solo shot of his own in the eighth. Hernandez's long ball was his seventh of the season -- he's tied with Shohei Ohtani for the team lead in that category and ranks third with 23 RBI. Hernandez has slugged at least 22 homers in every full campaign since 2018 and is well on pace to meet that mark again in his first season as a Dodger. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:40 am
    • Double, RBI in loss
O'Neill went 1-for-2 with two walks, a double and an RBI in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Giants.

Advice: O'Neill had a terrific first month in a Boston uniform and continues to outperform his career standards. The outfielder has a 1.096 OPS, second in MLB behind only Mookie Betts. Rotowire.com Friday, 4:16 am

    • Tyler O’Neill drives in run, reaches three times
Tyler O’Neill drove in a run while reaching three times in a loss to the Giants on Thursday.

Advice: O’Neill was responsible for the only run of the game for the Red Sox with a double off Kyle Harrison in the third that scored Rafael Devers. O’Neill was also able to draw a pair of walks, and he improves his line in 2024 to .309/.429/.667. Calling his first month-plus as a member of the Red Sox is quite the understatement. • Tauchman has two hits in loss to Mets
Mike Tauchman went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in a loss to the Mets.

Advice: Tauchman had the Cubs’ only extra-base hit of the night and is now slashing .307/.435/.530 on the season. Perhaps more importantly, he was in the lineup and hitting sixth with a left-handed pitcher on the mound, which suggests that he’ll be an everyday player for the Cubs while Cody Bellinger and Seiya Suzuki are sidelined. That makes him worth a short-term add in most formats. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:28 pm

    • Doubles, scores in loss
Tauchman went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Mets.

Advice: Tauchman had half of Chicago's hits in the sluggish loss, pushing his season average up to .307 in the process. With Seiya Suzuki (oblique) and Cody Bellinger (ribs) both on the injured list, Tauchman has seen plenty of playing time recently, and the veteran has responded. He should remain a solid short-term fantasy asset, though his long-term outlook is a bit murkier, as it depends on how quickly the other outfielders are able to return to the lineup.
