    • Corbin Burnes strikes out seven Phillies in win
      Corbin Burnes allowed two earned runs in six innings in an 8-3 win over Phillies on Sunday. He struck out seven, walked two, and scattered seven hits.

      Advice: Burnes was incredibly solid again in this one. Not dominant, but spotted a huge lead early and managed to coast behind his stellar cutter and curveball. The victory was his eighth of the season with a sparkling 2.14 ERA. Rotoworld Sunday, 1:48 pm

      Blanco (7-2) got the win Sunday vs the Tigers. He did not allow a run or a hit in seven innings while walking three and striking out eight.

      Advice: Blanco flirted with his second no-hitter of the season, but his elevated pitch count forced him out of the game after seven frames, and the bullpen would give up a hit the next inning. The 30-year-old righty mowed through the Tigers lineup by registering eight strikeouts in another impressive showing.     • Berrios allows four in win Sunday
      Jose Berrios allowed four runs in six innings and got the win in the Blue Jays’ 7-4 victory over the Guardians on Sunday.



      Advice: Berrios gave up eight hits, walked none and struck out one. The win was his sixth of the season. Berrios won four out of seven starts in April, but has now won only two of his last eight starts. His ERA is 3.13 on the year, but his xFIP is 4.18. Berrios’ saving grace this year has been his 86 percent left on base percentage. Even on a day where he only left 65 percent of runners on base, he still was a little lucky. In the fifth inning, the Guardians loaded the bases with no outs, but Cleveland only scored two runs on an RBI single by Steven Kwan and a double play by Tyler Freeman. The 30-year-old right-hander is set to face the Guardians on the road next week.

      Ronel Blanco will start Sunday’s game against the Tigers.

      Advice: There was talk that Blanco would get some extra rest before making his next outing, but the right-hander will work on regular rest for the finale against Detroit.       Blanco will start Sunday's game against the Tigers, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

      Advice: Heading into the weekend, Blanco wasn't expected to make a start against the Tigers, but he ended up getting pushed up in the pitching schedule after Justin Verlander had his turn in the rotation skipped due to a neck injury. As a result of the change in the pitching schedule, Blanco no longer lines up for two starts during the upcoming week.     • Win streak snapped in Boston
      Rodon (9-3) allowed five runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out seven over five innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Red Sox.

      Advice: Rodon had posted a quality start in each outing during his seven-game winning streak, but both impressive stretches were snapped Saturday. The Red Sox put up all five runs against Rodon during the first two innings, and the Yankees' offense wasn't able to muster a comeback. The southpaw still has a strong 3.28 ERA with a 1.11 WHIP and 81:23 K:BB through 85 innings over 15 starts this year.       Flaherty (4-4) earned the win Saturday over the Astros, allowing three hits and a walk while striking out six over five scoreless innings.

      Advice: Flaherty was skipped once through the rotation while he dealt with a back injury, which he received an injection for Monday. He was good in his return, though he was limited to 73 pitches (46 strikes), as the Tigers likely didn't want to risk pushing him too hard after they built up a 10-0 lead. Flaherty is at a 3.01 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 100:11 K:BB through 77.2 innings over 13 starts this season.       Carlos Rodon struggled in Saturday night’s loss to the Red Sox, surrendering five runs on seven hits over his five innings of work.

      Advice: The 31-year-old southpaw still managed to punch out seven batters on the evening while issuing three free passes. The Red Sox jumped on him in the opening inning, using run-scoring knocks from Tyler O’Neill, Connor Wong and Jaime Westbrook to push three runs across. They added another pair in the second on a two-run double by Rafael Devers. Rodon generated 18 swings and misses on 109 pitches on the night — eight of those on his fastball — while posting a CSW of 28 percent.       Kelly (shoulder) is expected to be held out through the All-Star break, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports Saturday.

      Advice: Manager Torey Lovullo noted that Kelly hasn't thrown beyond 75 feet yet and is being brought along slowly. The 35-year-old has been sidelined since late April and didn't start a throwing program until June 4.
