    • Alexis Díaz allows four to reach in earning save
Alexis Díaz recorded his 15th save despite allowing two runs — one earned — in the ninth Friday versus the Brewers.

Advice: Díaz survived yet again after allowing three hits and walking a batter in a sloppy ninth inning. He’ll probably be available Saturday, but if not, the save chance could go to Lucas Sims or Fernando Cruz. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:24 pm
    • Escapes with save
Diaz allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits and a walk Friday while earning a save over Milwaukee.

Advice: Diaz was tasked with holding the 6-3 lead in the ninth inning Friday and ran into some trouble. He walked in a run after an error loaded the bases and allowed what would've been the game-tying hit if not for Will Benson throwing out Jake Bauers at home. Diaz has converted eight straight saves and 15 of his 17 chances this season. Despite his relative success in those situations, his ERA is up to 5.47 with a lackluster 27:19 K:BB through 26.1 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:14 pm
    • Byron Buxton smacks RBI triple in win on Friday
Bryon Buxton went 1-for-4 and smacked an RBI triple on Friday night, helping to lead the Twins past the Athletics in extra innings.

Advice: Buxton got the Twins on the board with his run-scoring triple off of Mitch Spence in the second inning, trimming their deficit to three runs at 4-1. That would be his only hit on the evening. He has been swinging a hot bat as of late, but is still slashing a disappointing .244/.299/.395 on the season to go along with four homers, 22 RBI and three stolen bases in 51 ballgames. • Bound for injured list
Atlanta will place Harris (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list Saturday, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Harris had to make an early exit from Friday's game versus Tampa Bay due to tightness in his left hamstring, and the team has already deemed his injury severe enough to warrant a trip to the IL. The 23-year-old outfielder will receive an MRI on his hamstring Saturday, at which point the team will have a better idea of how long he will be out for. In the meantime, Harris' absence opens a spot in Atlanta's outfield for J.P. Martinez to potentially see consistent playing time. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:25 pm

    • Michael Harris II (hamstring) heading to 10-day IL
Braves’ manager Brian Snitker told reporters after Friday’s game that Michael Harris II will be placed on the 10-day injured list on Saturday.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder was pulled from Friday’s game in the first inning due to tightness in his left hamstring. He’ll undergo an MRI exam on Saturday to determine the severity of the injury, but he’s going to miss at least a couple of weeks. With Ronald Acuna Jr. already lost for the year and Harris now out for an indefinite amount of time, don’t be surprised if the Braves aggressively pursue the trade market for help at the position. • Michael Harris leaves game with hamstring tightness
The Braves announced that Michael Harris II was pulled from Friday’s showdown against the Rays in the first inning due to left hamstring tightness.

Advice: That’s certainly what it looked like on the field, but it’s nice to receive confirmation from the team so quickly. He’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the injury. If he’s forced to miss any extended time, we could see the Braves turn to the trade market to try to bring in some outside help — as Alex Anthopoulous has been known to do. • Exits Friday's game
Harris was removed from Friday's game against the Rays due to left hamstring tightness.

Advice: Harris strained his left hamstring while running from first base to third in the bottom of the first inning. J.P. Martinez pinch ran for Harris and is in center field for the remainder of Friday's game. More information on the severity of Harris' injury should be known following Friday's contest. • Michael Harris II exits game with hamstring injury
Michael Harris II was removed from Friday’s matchup against the Rays in the first inning due to an apparent hamstring injury.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder led off the home half of the first inning with a double, but pulled up lame into third base on a double by Ozzie Albies and was subsequently removed from the ballgame. It appeared to be a hamstring issue, but the Braves should have an update on his status shortly. Stay tuned. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:39 pm

    • Return might come Monday
Turner (hamstring) could be activated from the 10-day injured list on Sunday or Monday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Advice: While the Phillies have been vague about Turner's timetable, Gelb notes that the shortstop ran again Friday and while he could "maybe" return Sunday, it will "probably" happen Monday. Philadelphia begins a six-game homestand on Monday against the Padres. Turner has been shelved since early May with a left hamstring strain and it's looking like he'll skip a rehab assignment.
