    • Homers, steals bag
Crus went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run, a stolen base and an additional run scored during Thursday's 11-7 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Cruz took Evan Phillips yard in the eighth inning for a three-run shot, his first home run in 15 games. While 2024 hasn't been the breakout season that fantasy managers may have expected for the talented shortstop, Cruz has eight homers, 13 doubles and five stolen bases through 229 plate appearances. • Homers in loss
Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and a walk in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Ramirez entered Thursday with no homers over his last five games, matching his longest drought since he went eight contests from April 26 to May 4 without a long ball. The third baseman upped his power in late May and is now at 17 homers this season, with eight of them coming since May 17. He's added a stellar .276/.335/.552 slash line with 60 RBI, 47 runs scored, nine stolen bases, 13 doubles and one triple over 60 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:48 pm
    • Oneil Cruz homers, steals base against Dodgers
Oneil Cruz went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer and also stole a base on Thursday in the Pirates’ loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Cruz started his professional career with Los Angeles before being traded to the Pirates back in 2017 and came back to haunt his former club in this one with a three-run homer off Dodgers closer Evan Phillips in the eighth inning. It was his eighth round-tripper of the season and he also picked up his fifth steal of the year in this one. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:53 pm

    • José Ramírez homers, drives in two against Royals
José Ramírez homered and drove in two runs in a loss Thursday to the Royals.

Advice: J-Ram took Brady Singer deep for his 17th homer of the season. He also drove in a run with an infield single. The 31-year-old has been outstanding in 2024 with 60 RBI, nine stolen bases and an .887 OPS. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:12 pm
    • Registers another quality start
Berrios allowed two runs on six hits and three walks while striking out two batters over six innings in a no-decision against Baltimore on Wednesday.

Advice: Berrios didn't do much in the strikeout department with just two punchouts, but he was nonetheless very effective in recording his fifth straight quality start. The right-hander has just one win during that span but has put up a very solid 2.73 ERA. Aside from an eight-run, 3.2 inning blowup against Philadelphia on May 7, Berrios has been a model of consistency this season, allowing three or fewer runs in each of his other 12 starts. On the campaign, he's registered a 2.80 ERA along with a 60:21 K:BB across 80.1 innings. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:32 pm
    • Perfect for save No. 8
Fairbanks picked up the save Wednesday against Miami, striking out one over a perfect inning.

Advice: Fairbanks tossed a perfect inning for the second consecutive night and extended his streak of appearances without an earned run to 12. He's allowed just seven hits and two walks during that stretch with 11 punchouts. Despite a nearly three-week IL stint, Fairbanks has eight saves in nine attempts and owns a 3.32 ERA overall. • Prevents shutout with homer
Rodriguez went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Rodriguez got the Mariners on the board in the ninth inning, taking a 102.5 mph offering from Mason Miller deep to center field. This was Rodriguez's third homer over his last 11 games, a span in which he's gone 15-for-42 (.357) with 10 RBI. The star outfielder continues to shake off a slow start to the year, and he's now at a .270/.317/.351 slash line with five homers, 24 RBI, 27 runs scored and 14 stolen bases through 63 contests. • Tagged for walk-off blast
Kopech (1-6) allowed a solo home run to the only batter he faced, taking the loss Wednesday versus the Cubs.

Advice: Kopech was taken deep by Mike Tauchman as the Cubs won in walk-off fashion. It's been tough sledding for Kopech lately -- he's allowed five runs (four earned) over his last 2.2 innings, taking the loss in three of his last four appearances. The right-hander is now at a 4.21 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 35:15 K:BB through 25.2 innings while adding five saves, a hold and two blown saves. If he continues to struggle, Kopech could eventually lose his high-leverage role, though the White Sox's poor play overall has made it difficult for any of the team's relievers to put up saves. • Julio Rodríguez socks solo homer in loss to A’s
Julio Rodríguez went 1-for-3 with a solo homer and a walk against the A’s on Wednesday.

Advice: Rodríguez made sure the Mariners would not be shut out against the A’s on Wednesday. He took Mason Miller deep to lead off the ninth inning to bring Seattle to within a run. The 23-year-old outfielder is slashing .270/.317/.351 with five homers, 27 runs scored, 24 RBI, and 14 steals across 265 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 9:03 pm
