    • James McArthur gives up three runs to take loss
James McArthur took a loss to the Mariners on Sunday after allowing three runs — two earned — in the 10th inning.

Advice: It was his third appearance in four days. McArthur had been perfect in three outings since a disastrous May 31 outing in which he gave up four runs without retiring a batter to take a blown save. This pushes his ERA back up to 5.27, and the Royals are going to have start thinking about giving John Schreiber save chances. Rotoworld 15 minutes ago
    • Carlos Estévez earns victory against Astros Sunday
Carlos Estévez picked up his first victory of the season on Sunday, working a scoreless ninth inning in a tied game against the Astros.

Advice: The 31-year-old hurler came on to work the top half of the ninth inning after the Angels had rallied to score two runs in the eighth to tie the game. Estevez retired the side in order — including a strikeout of Yainer Diaz — then became the beneficiary when the Angels walked it off in the home half of the inning. On the season, he sports a 4.05 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and a 19/3 K/BB ratio over 20 innings while recording 10 saves in 13 chances. Rotoworld 43 minutes ago
    • Records 10th steal in win
Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a double, one RBI, a stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Advice: With the steal, Ramirez became one of six players in the majors this season to have double-digit thefts and home runs. The third baseman has gone 8-for-27 (.296) with three extra-base hits over seven contests to begin June. Overall, he has 18 homers, 10 steals, 62 RBI, 50 runs scored, 14 doubles, one triple and a .275/.336/.554 slash line through 63 contests. Ramirez's well-rounded skill set has meshed well with a team style that prioritizes getting on base, leading to ample counting stats across the board. Rotowire.com 56 minutes ago
    • Yields HR in non-save appearance
Clase allowed a solo home run and struck out one during the ninth inning of Sunday's 6-3 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Clase took the mound in the ninth inning despite the Guardians owning a four-run lead, but surrendered a two-out solo homer to Jake Burger during the outing. Considering the score, Clase wasn't eligible for a save, though the Guardians opted to give him his first game action since Tuesday. Burger's long ball was Clase's first earned run allowed since April 14, which spans 24 appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 3:28 pm
    • José Ramírez has two hits, steal in win over MIA
José Ramírez went 3-for-5 with a run, an RBI, and a steal in a win over the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: Ramírez is now up to 10 steals on the season to go along with 18 home runs as the 31-year-old shows few signs of slowing down. His batting average hasn’t been where we’ve expected, but he’s striking out just 10.5 percent of the time, so the low average has more to do with his low .244 BABIP than any major contact issues. The veteran is still on pace for a season of at least 30 home runs and 20 steals, which keeps him among the elite hitters in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Today, 2:54 pm
    • Tough-luck end to great start
Walker did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing two runs on two hits and one walk over 5.2 innings against the Mets. He struck out six.

Advice: Walker cruised through five innings allowing just one baserunner while maintaining a three-run lead. In the sixth, after having allowed a one-out base hit, a two-out walk and with left-handed Brandon Nimmo coming to the plate, Walker was pulled at just 79 pitches in favor of lefty Gregory Soto. Soto proceeded to allow both inherited runners to score plus and additional run, not only saddling Walker with two-earned runs but also allowing the Mets to tie the game, thus ending Walker's opportunity to record his fourth win. It was a bit of an unfair ending for Walker, who pitched very well Sunday after having allowed 12 earned runs over 15.2 innings during his previous three starts. He's next scheduled to take the hill in a tough matchup next weekend when the Phillies travel to Baltimore to take on the Orioles. Rotowire.com Today, 2:36 pm
    • Joey Ortiz goes 0-for-4, fans three times
Joey Ortiz went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts as the Brewers’ leadoff man Sunday against the Tigers.

Advice: Those who picked Ortiz up after an outburst in which he hit four homers in a nine-game span last month might be somewhat disappointed that he has no homers in his last 20 games. Still, his average and OBP remain strong, and he’s not a bad play in mixed leagues while playing every day for the Brewers. It’d just be nice if he hit higher than seventh or eighth against righties; he’s only leading off versus left-handers. Rotoworld Today, 1:19 pm

    • Eovaldi looks solid in win over Giants
Nathan Eovaldi allowed two runs on five hits in seven innings in a win over the Giants on Sunday.

Advice: Eovaldi also struck out five and walked one on the day. He pounded the zone regularly on the day with a 37 percent CSW and 24 percent whiff rate and his only real mistake was a solo home run to Mike Yastrzemski. The veteran will take a 2.68 ERA into a good start against the Mariners next week. Rotoworld Today, 12:30 pm
    • Taijuan Walker allows just two runs in no-decision
Taijuan Walker gave up two runs in 5 1/3 innings with six strikeouts in a no-decision against the Mets on Sunday.

Advice: Both runs that Walker allowed came after he left the game, as Gregory Soto was wildly ineffective after replacing the right-hander. The right-hander had one of his best starts of the season while allowing just two hits and a walk, and he struck out six. There has been talk of Walker being removed from the rotation, but he certainly earned another start after this one. All that being said, Walker shouldn’t be a fantasy streamer next weekend against the Orioles. Rotoworld Today, 10:39 am
