• Romy Gonzalez has game-winning single vs Rays
Romy Gonzalez had a game-winning single in the 12th inning to carry the Red Sox to a 5-4 win over the Rays.

Advice: Gonzalez had entered as a pinch runner for Dominic Smith in the 10th inning and got his first at-bat in the 12th when he laced what would have been a double down the first base line for the game-winning hit. The versatile infielder had started four of five games since coming off the IL, going 4-for-14 with one run and two SBs heading into Tuesday night. His ability to play all over the diamond will keep him in the lineup semi-regularly in the coming weeks. That could make him useful in AL-only formats. Rotoworld Today, 7:35 pm

  • Nick Gonzales hits first homer of season vs. MIL
Nick Gonzales went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Gonzales homered in the fourth inning to score Connor Joe, giving the Pirates their first runs on the afternoon. Offense was hard to come by for the Pirates in this one, as they were held to just three hits on the night in the losing effort. Gonzales has appeared in just four games this season since being recalled from Triple-A and is not on the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld Today, 7:20 pm

  • Report: Mets moving on from veteran Joey Wendle
The New York Post’s Joel Sherman reports the Mets are designating Joey Wendle for assignment.

Advice: Sherman adds that Yohan Ramirez will also be jettisoned from New York’s 40-man roster ahead of Wednesday’s game against the Phillies. Wendle signed a one-year, $2 million contract with the Mets during the offseason and has contributed just a .522 OPS with zero homers and one steal in 17 contests. It’ll be Mark Vientos coming up to take his spot on the active roster and split time with Brett Baty at third base moving forward. Rotoworld Today, 4:55 pm

  • Returns to majors
The Brewers recalled Miller from Triple-A Nashville on Tuesday.

Advice: With Rhys Hoskins (hamstring) headed for the injured list, Miller will come up from Nashville to give the Brewers additional bench depth. Miller will likely platoon with Jake Bauers at first base while Hoskins is out, though Miller's defensive versatility could allow him to make an occasional start elsewhere. • Brewers recall Owen Miller on Tuesday
Brewers recalled INF/OF Owen Miller from Triple-A Nashville.

Advice: Miller gets the call back to the big leagues over top prospect Tyler Black with Rhys Hoskins landing on the injured list with a hamstring strain. The 27-year-old went 1-for-12 in seven games for the Brewers earlier this season. Rotoworld Today, 3:00 pm

  • Idle Tuesday
Frazier is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Mariners

Advice: Frazier will be out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games, with Michael Massey playing second base and Nelson Velazquez operating as the designated hitter. Rotowire.com Today, 1:21 pm

  • Sitting Tuesday
Keith is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against Miami.

Advice: Keith will yield to right-handed Andy Ibanez on Tuesday as the Tigers face southpaw Ryan Weathers. In May, Keith is batting .250 with five RBi and three runs scored across nine games. Rotowire.com Today, 1:10 pm

  • Lengthy power outage
Amador is slashing .138/.312/.149 with zero home runs, 12 steals and more walks (19) than strikeouts (17) in 25 games for Double-A Hartford.

Advice: Coming into the year, Amador was seen as one of the best pure hitters in the minors, so it's a bit jarring to see his batting average sitting at .138 through the first five weeks of the season. Perhaps more concerning though, is Amador's complete lack of power, as his .171 BABIP and overly patient approach largely explain his low batting average. Amador's 20.6 percent hard-hit rate and 63.2 percent groundball rate are very troubling marks. He is playing half his games in Hartford, which is essentially a neutral hitting environment, after getting to play half his High-A games at the very hitter-friendly park in Spokane, which helped him slug .514 in 54 High-A games last year. • Day off Tuesday
McNeil is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: McNeil is getting a day off to regroup amidst an 8-for-42 start at the plate this month. Joey Wendle will occupy second base as the Mets try to even the series versus the Phillies. Rotowire.com Today, 7:39 am
