    Advice: Francis threw 28 pitches and looked sharp in his first rehab outing as he aims to rejoin Toronto’s bullpen in a versatile multi-inning role. The 28-year-old righty was unable to make it work as a traditional starter at the outset of the year, but he’s been really effective in shorter stints out of the bullpen in recent years.
