Helsley walked one and struck out one in a scoreless and hitless inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Orioles.

Advice: The game was suspended due to inclement weather Tuesday and resumed Wednesday, which likely means he'll be unavailable for Wednesday's regularly scheduled contest. Nolan Gorman hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning to give the Cardinals a lead, and Helsley was able to close it out for his 15th save of the season. He extended his scoreless streak to 11 innings and now has a 1.23 ERA, 0.86 WHIP and 24:4 K:BB over 22 innings this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:20 am
    • Ryan Helsley notches 15th save
Ryan Helsley picked up his 15th save Wednesday after play resumed in Tuesday’s suspended game versus the Orioles.

Advice: Helsley walked Jordan Westburg with one out, but he then got a double-play ball from Collin Cowser to end the game. Helsley has converted all of his save chances since blowing one in his season debut March 30. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:13 am
    • Rings up ninth save
Miller recorded his ninth save in Tuesday's win over the Rockies, striking out the side in a perfect ninth inning.

Advice: Miller mowed through the trio of Jordan Beck, Charlie Blackmon and Ezequiel Tovar on 16 pitches, retiring each on swinging strikes to close out the one-run win. It was Miller's first save opportunity since April 30, as well as his 15th straight scoreless appearance. The flamethrowing right-hander hasn't allowed so much as a single since April 25 as well, and his trio of strikeouts Tuesday pushed his K/9 and swinging strikeout rate figures to an astounding 18.1 and 23.7 percent, respectively, across 20.1 innings. • Mason Miller strikes out side for ninth save
Mason Miller struck out all three batters he faced Tuesday against the Rockies for his first save of the month.

Advice: Miller earned eight saves from Apr. 9-30, but the A’s hadn’t had any save situations for him since. Given that he also pitched Sunday, it’s possible he’ll now require Wednesday off. The A’s have allowed him to pitch on consecutive days twice, but they haven’t had him work three times in four days. That it’s a day game Wednesday doesn’t help. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:42 pm

    • Walk-off hit in return
Hoerner went 1-for-5 with one RBI in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning win over Atlanta.

Advice: Hoerner had a relatively unimpressive return after missing over a week with a hamstring issue, but he made up for it with a one-out, walk-off single in the 10th inning. The infielder is slashing .267/.357/.385 with two home runs, 13 RBI, 25 runs scored and five stolen bases over 185 plate appearances. Hoerner's return will likely mean less playing time for Nick Madrigal moving forward, assuming Hoerner doesn't suffer a setback with his hamstring. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:31 pm

    • Collects fourth win
Marsh (4-1) allowed three runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five over six innings to earn the win over the Tigers on Tuesday.

Advice: Marsh completed six innings for just the second time this year, earning his second quality start in the process. He gave up a two-run triple to Matt Vierling and an RBI single to Colt Keith as the Tigers rallied in the fourth inning, but that was all of the damage. Marsh has limited opponents to one earned run or less in five of his eight starts this season, maintaining a strong 2.72 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 36:12 K:BB over 43 innings. He's projected to make his next start on the road in Minnesota. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:15 pm

    • Alec Marsh fans five in win over Tigers
Alec Marsh allowed three earned runs on five hits over six innings, earning the win in the Royals’ win over the Tigers.

Advice: Marsh was able to sit in cruise control for much of this one. The Royals gave him a six run lead to work with early in the game, as Marsh went on to strike out five batters while allowing just three runs – all of which came in the fourth inning. Now sitting at 4-1 on the year and boasting a 2.72 ERA, Marsh will look to earn his fifth win of the season on Monday against the Twins. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:10 pm

    • Clase notches league-leading 15th save
Emmanuel Clase pitched a scoreless ninth inning to earn a save in the Guardians’ 7-6 win over the Mets on Tuesday.

Advice: Clase allowed one hit and didn’t register a strikeout, but he got the job done for his league-leading 15th save. With a 0.36 ERA to go along with it, anybody who used an early-round draft pick on Clase is feeling pretty good about that decision right now. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:44 pm

    • Up to 15 saves
Clase earned the save in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Mets, working around a hit in a scoreless ninth inning.

Advice: Clase's now pitched three consecutive days while locking down saves in back-to-back outings. He'd allow a one-out single to Francisco Lindor on Tuesday before inducing a game-ending double play off the bat of Pete Alonso. Clase lowered his ERA to a pristine 0.36 with a 0.59 WHIP and 24:2 K:BB across 25.1 innings, and he's now converted a league-leading 15 saves in 18 opportunities. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 6:08 pm
