      Advice: Weathers was excellent Tuesday as he held the Tigers to one hit while facing the minimum through his first six innings. However, Miami couldn't break through on offense until the 10th, leaving Weathers with a no-decision in an eventual 1-0 Marlins victory. The 24-year-old southpaw has now delivered three straight quality starts, though he still hasn't earned a win since April 16. Overall, Weathers is 2-4 with a 3.81 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 38:16 K:BB across nine starts (49.2 innings) this season.       Adolis Garcia went 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored in Tuesday’s loss to the Guardians.

      Advice: Garcia’s ninth homer of the season came on a solo blast off Cleveland’s Ben Lively. It was the first homer of the month for Garcia, who has cooled off in a big way after a strong April. Garcia entered the day slashing .154/.193/.173 in the month of May and has become difficult to trust in fantasy as a result. Managers who are unwilling to bench him will have to hope he comes out of this slump sooner rather than later. Hopefully, Tuesday’s two-hit night is a step in the right direction.       Soler (shoulder/head) didn't suffer any significant injuries after getting hit in the head while hitting on the field Tuesday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

      Advice: Soler took swings on the field before Tuesday's game against the Dodgers as the next step in rehabbing his strained right shoulder, but he was removed by a trainer after a foul ball hit off the top of the cage and struck him in the head. However, it appears the outfielder managed to escape the incident with minimal damage.     • Ryan Weathers blanks Tigers despite hard hits
      Ryan Weathers threw eight shutout innings in a no-decision against the Tigers on Tuesday, allowing three hits while striking out four.

      Advice: Weathers didn’t walk a batter or allow any extra-base hits, but he also didn’t miss many bats either. He had just five total whiffs on 52 swings and three of them came on his sweeper. That amounted to a 10 percent whiff rate and a 19 percent CSW overall. He also allowed nine hard-hit baseballs despite just giving up three hits so things certainly broke his way tonight.       Miller (shoulder) will throw two simulated innings at the Dodgers' complex in Arizona on Wednesday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

      Advice: Assuming all goes well Wednesday, Miller will move onto either a three-inning sim game or begin a rehab assignment with one of the Dodgers' minor-league affiliates.       Soler (shoulder) hit on the field Tuesday but walked off with a trainer after suffering an apparent injury, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic reports.

      Advice: Tuesday marked the first time Soler has hit off the field since landing on the IL, but his session came to an abrupt end when he fouled off a ball that ricocheted off the top of the cage and hit him in the head. It's unclear how severe the damage is, but the 32-year-old was at least shaken up enough for him to be shut down for the day.       Advice: Nola was dominant Tuesday, holding the Mets without a baserunner until the sixth inning en route to the fourth complete-game shutout of his career. It's certainly an encouraging outing for Nola, after he'd posted a subpar 5.59 ERA over his previous two starts (9.2 innings). The 30-year-old right-hander lowered his ERA to 3.10 on the season with a 1.09 WHIP and 55:15 K:BB through nine outings (58 innings).
