    • Paul Blackburn hit hard in no-decision against BAL
Paul Blackburn allowed six runs on seven hits in four innings in a no-decision against the Orioles on Sunday.

Advice: It likely wasn’t a game you were starting Blackburn in, but the righty did have five strikeouts to just one walk, while producing a 33 percent whiff rate. His four-seamer was a real problem on Sunday, struggling to find the zone and getting hit incredibly hard. He now has a 3.34 ERA on the season but could remain a deep-league streamer next week against Miami thanks to the weak opponent and his current whiff skills. Rotoworld Today, 2:21 pm
    • Homers, extends hitting streak
Jeffers went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Saturday's win over the Angels.

Advice: Jeffers recorded a single in his second at-bat to extend his hitting streak to six games and then added a two-run homer in the top of the ninth as the Twins ran away with the win. The catcher has now homered in two of his last three contests and has recorded at least one RBI in three straight. All five of his home runs have come in April, where he's batting .333 with 16 RBI and 11 runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 7:47 am

    • Solid in no-decision
Singer didn't factor in the decision Saturday at Detroit after he allowed one run on four hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out six.

Advice: The right-hander gave up a run on a walk and a triple during the second inning but blanked the Tigers in his other four frames. Despite the strong run prevention, it was the third straight start with three walks for Singer, who generated just eight swings-and-misses Saturday. The 27-year-old has enjoyed a strong first month of the season with a 2.62 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 34:13 K:BB across 34.1 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 7:23 am

    • Slugs first homer
Hayes went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's win over the Giants.

Advice: Hayes jumped on a hanging sweeper from Tyler Rogers in the top of the 10th and sent it into the stands for his first home run of the season, going back-to-back with Bryan Reynolds as the Pirates took care of the Giants in extra innings. The third baseman has now registered two hits in back-to-back games and in three of his last six overall, batting .333 (8-for-24) over that stretch. Rotowire.com Today, 5:55 am

    • Hits go-ahead homer in extras
Reynolds went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Saturday's win over the Giants.

Advice: Reynolds went down on strikes in his first two trips to the plate before eventually adding a single in the top of the eighth. He then jumped on the first pitch he saw from Tyler Rogers in the 10th and sent it into the stands in left field for a two-run shot, putting the Pirates up 3-1. It marked the ninth multi-hit effort this season for Reynolds, who's now homered in two of his last four contests. On the downside, he's also struck out twice in three of those four games. • Bryan Reynolds homers to lift Pirates past Giants
Bryan Reynolds walloped a tie-breaking two-run homer in the 10th inning on Saturday, leading the Pirates to a 4-3 extra-inning victory over the Giants.

Advice: Reynolds went deep off Giants lefty reliever Taylor Rogers in extra innings, going deep for the second time in his last four contests. He also has a pair of multi-hit performances during that span. The 29-year-old outfielder has been one of the most consistent five-category impact contributors in the fantasy landscape for years now and has shown zero signs of slowing down. • Brady Singer fans six in tough-luck no-decision
Brady Singer was terrific in a tough-luck no-decision against the Tigers on Saturday night, racking up six strikeouts over five innings of one-run baseball.

Advice: The 27-year-old hurler scattered four hits and three walks on the night. The lone tally against him came on an RBI triple off the bat of Zach McKinstry in the second inning. Singer generated eight swings and misses on 93 pitches on the night — six on his slider — while registering a CSW of 34 percent. He now boasts a 2.62 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and a 34/13 K/BB ratio over 34 1/3 innings through his first six starts. He’ll do battle against the Rangers his next time out on Friday. • Cranks ninth home run
O'Neill went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer and three runs scored in Saturday's win over the Cubs.

Advice: O'Neill got the scoring started with a blast over the Green Monster in the bottom of the first inning. It was the first home run this season for the 28-year-old that wasn't a solo shot. O'Neill also added a double, a single and a walk. Only Mike Trout (10) has gone deep more times so far this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:49 pm

    • Pete Alonso blasts eighth homer in loss to Cardinals
Pete Alonso went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in a 7-4 win over the Cardinals on Saturday.

Advice: Alonso cut the Cardinals lead to two runs with a two-run blast off Sonny Gray in the fifth inning. It was the eighth homer of the season for the 29-year-old slugger. He’s slashing .252/325/.515 with 14 RBI across 114 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:36 pm
