    • Winker (cramps) not starting Sunday vs. Mariners
Jesse Winker (cramps) is not in the starting lineup for Sunday’s contest against the Mariners.

Advice: Winker left Saturday’s game with cramps, and the outfielder will get a day off Sunday. He should be able to return Monday, but for now Idelmaro Vargas will get the start in left and hit fifth in Winker’s absence. Rotoworld Sunday, 8:43 am
    • Racks up three steals in loss
Doyle went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and one run scored in Saturday's 8-4 loss to the Phillies.

Advice: Doyle has gone 15-for-54 (.278) with nine steals over his last 15 games. The outfielder's speed is not in question, but that's an impressive stretch on the basepaths for just about anyone. On the year, he's at 13 thefts on 14 attempts while slashing .272/.338/.433 over 201 plate appearances. He's added five home runs, 10 doubles, two triples, 15 RBI and 32 runs scored. • Exits with cramps
Manager Davey Martinez said Winker cramped up while running the bases during Saturday's win over Seattle, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Advice: It's unclear exactly where Winker is hurting, but Martinez said he believes the 30-year-old will be able to play Sunday. Winker went 2-for-3 before exiting Saturday's game in the seventh inning and is now slashing .273/.385/.591 across his last seven games. Rotowire.com Saturday, 4:10 pm
    • Resting versus LHP
Sanchez isn't in the Marlins' lineup Saturday agaisnt the Diamondbacks.

Advice: The left-handed bat of Sanchez will take a seat Saturday as the Marlins prepare to face southpaw Jordan Montgomery. Dane Myers will start in right field while Sanchez sits. Rotowire.com Saturday, 4:00 pm
    • Sitting versus lefty
Gordon isn't in the Marlins' lineup Saturday against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: With left-hander Jordan Montgomery set to take the mound for the D-backs, the lefty-hitting Gordon will step out of the lineup. While he sits, Bryan De La Cruz, Jazz Chisholm and Dane Myers will start across the Marlins' outfield. Rotowire.com Saturday, 3:59 pm

    • Heliot Ramos remains locked into seventh spot
Heliot Ramos is in left field and batting seventh for Saturday’s game against the Mets.

Advice: Ramos finds himself buried at towards the tail-end of San Francisco’s lineup despite batting .281 (16-for-57) with two homers, nine RBI and one steal in 15 games since returning to the majors back on May 8. It wouldn’t be shocking to see the 24-year-old former prospect stick in the majors for good following the season-ending injury to rookie Jung Hoo Lee (shoulder). It’s Luis Matos continuing to get opportunities at the top of the lineup, which makes him the safer option for fantasy managers speculating on a waiver wire pickup.
