    • Registers first steal
Rutschman went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's 3-0 loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Rutschman had one of the Orioles' three hits in Tuesday's loss. He's gone 8-for-25 (.320) with four extra-base hits and four RBI over six games in May. Rutschman's steal was his first of the year -- speed is the one tool that doesn't show up much in his game. He's still putting together another excellent season with a .322/.359/.469 slash line, five home runs, 22 RBI and 20 runs scored over 34 contests, even with a walk rate at a career-low 5.3 percent. • Mashes grand slam in win
Muncy went 2-for-4 with a grand slam and two runs scored in Tuesday's 8-2 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Muncy quickly put the Dodgers ahead with a first-inning grand slam off of Edward Cabrera. It was his sixth career grand slam and fourth home run in his last three games, as he now has eight RBI over that span. Muncy is currently hitting .263, which is well above his career average, and overall is slashing .263/.370/.570 with nine homers, 26 RBI, 22 runs and a 19:40 BB:K in 138 plate appearances. • Homers in blowout loss
De La Cruz went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 8-2 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: De La Cruz got a hold of one against Yoshinobu Yamamoto in the sixth, but the game was already well out of reach. De La Cruz has been producing well as of late, tallying nine hits, six RBI and eight runs over his last eight games. He's been one of the Marlins' most productive hitters all year thus far, slashing .263/.311/.454 with seven homers, 20 RBI, 21 runs and an 11:41 BB:K in 164 plate appearances. • Goes deep Tuesday
Chisholm went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Chisholm wasted no time getting the Marlins on the board, sending the first pitch of the game deep to right field for his fifth home run of the year. With Luis Arraez shipped off to San Diego, Chisholm has now batted leadoff in each of the last three games, going 5-for-12 with two RBI, four runs and three steals. Chisholm is expected to remain in the leadoff role on a regular basis against right-handed pitching, per Christina De Nicola of MLB.com. He's now slashing .243/.322/.412 with 12 extra-base hits, 20 RBI, 17 runs and a 16:39 BB:K in 152 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 4:26 am

    • Approaching rehab assignment
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Tuesday that Miller (shoulder) is coming up on a minor-league rehab assignment "pretty quickly," Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Advice: Miller threw a bullpen session Monday, his second since being placed on the injured list with inflammation in his right shoulder April 13. Roberts noted that the right-hander's velocity was "good" in the session and sounded optimistic about Miller's progress in his recovery from the injury. The second-year hurler will make at least one minor-league rehab start, though it's still unclear how many more bullpens he'll throw before he reaches that point. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:18 pm

    • Max Muncy delivers grand slam in Dodgers’ win
Max Muncy went 2-for-4 and hit a grand slam Tuesday against the Marlins.

Advice: It was his sixth career slam and fourth homer in three games. A career .228 hitter, Munch is at .263 right now, even though his strikeout rate is higher than usual and his exit velocity numbers are pretty typical. He’ll surely continue to put up excellent power numbers, but one should probably expect an average around .220 the rest of the way. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:56 pm

    • Bobby Miller throws another bullpen session
Bobby Miller (shoulder) threw another bullpen session earlier this week.

Advice: Miller is expected to get in another throwing session later this week before heading out on a minor league rehab assignment. The hard-throwing 25-year-old righty has been out since mid-April due to right shoulder inflammation. It sounds like he’ll be ready to return to the Dodgers’ starting rotation before the end of May. • Rutschman extends hit streak to five in loss
Adley Rutschman went 1-for-4 in the Orioles’ 3-0 loss to the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Offense was hard to come by for the Orioles in this one, as Rutschman’s hit was one of just three the Birds recorded on the evening. The real story of the night was the Nationals pitching, as starter Trevor Williams struck out eight batters over five innings while the bullpen notched four more K’s. Rutschman has now hit safely in five straight games and is 8-for-25 at the plate in the month of May. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:20 pm

    • Bryan Bello returning Sunday against Nationals
Bryan Bello (lat) struck out five over 2 2/3 innings on Tuesday in a minor league rehab start for Double-A Portland.

Advice: Bello told reporters following the 52-pitch rehab outing that he’ll start on Sunday against the Nationals at Fenway Park instead of making any additional rehab tune-ups. The 24-year-old righty has been out since late April due to right lat tightness. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:54 pm
